Ok,something about me
I play sokker over 4 seasons and now I am in 3rd Czech League without a lost game.In Czech Cup i reached 4th round .I can beat better teams than mine and in this season I tried a lot of differents tactics.Also I was NT scout for defenders in Czech Republic. I prefer offensive tactics,but it depends on players I have.Now the Nippon is on 50th place of the world,I´d like to see it somewhere between 35-40th after this season :) and I can reach it.Also I want to try some nice players from bot teams,I know about someones...

Before and after each NT match I will comment whole match,something about tactics,players,what was going right and what not etc.

Tacitcs: As I said,I prefer offensive game,so I´d like to play some of those:
3-4-3,4-1-2-1-2 or 4-3-3.I promise you a lot of goals,and we will see new tactic for each match :)

I don´t think i can win,but I will be satisfied with each vote

I'm brokus :) Japan players know me becouse I send many post on these forum :P not only if we have election:D
I play sokker two season (that's will be my third:P) but i played sokker earlier but end and back :) Now I'm on sokker every day :) I'm in Polska Liga V.074, i awanced today :) I was in Polish Cup in 3rd round:) (but i train young players and i play with second squad:P but that's no important:) ) I like offensive tactics and i use it in my league:)
I know japan users and i have statistics with japan players and matches(i copy it on forum) i think that's important message to new coach :) That's will be help for he:) I think that Japan could play better:) Japan communicaty could be better :) I could change it and help users:) I helped new users.. sending mails :) I look for every japan match :) every result:) I'm very interested about japan:)
If i win (i don't think that i can) I will be play with many tactics .. for japan footbalers.. i know that Japan isn't the best.. japan couldn't win every match :( but we must score many goals:) Japan have three/four very good strikers:) Tactic 5-3-2 will be good for better teams.. japan could play with countraatack and def/wingers who will be blocked oponent wingers;)
With teams about japan 4-4-2 or 4-3-3 :)

I will play next match with teovic and i will use tactic who's i want to use for japan NT with better teams:) but that's trial and first version i don't think that haven't got mistakes but i think that's good:)
Japan users could train pace i think becouse pace is very important in matches very very important to players who's back from defend:)

I think that I have a chance (leto said me these in sk mail and i'm suprised) but i think that japan users will vote for chi becouse she is from Japan :) If I will not won [size=3 color=red]'that is only a game'[/color] -- teovic words:)

Who am I?
My name is mattn. I'm Belgium player, I think I will be a good coach for the NT. Last season I worked with the famous Belgium BC Hellsangel, I learned a lot of him. I'm playitng his game already 2 seasons and I find that i already have enough experience to become a BC, now I'm playing in 4de klasse.46 with my team 'de smoeletrekkers'49755. I promoved last season[angel]

What do I want to reach with the NT?
- I want to reach the top 45 with our team, I'm sure they can do that!
- I will participate the U21- World Cup, hopefully we have young talent!
- I hope we will win a lot!
- play a friendly match against belgium!
- have an NT-crew with scouts for the players and people who write for me an account of the played matches!

Everyone knows often a crew is a BC nothing. Because I when I am chosen want to look after the matches and the U21 do I need to have a crew. I still need some assistents for the crew!

As the other people here i present myself at this election. I first , wish good luck to everyone.
I won't flatter the japaneses to get them to vote me :p

The NT can't hope , whatever some here , tend to say , real good results, with so few users. So to have a maximum of young player being formed and so, to have best players, the community has to grow. Having more users is in cause too, with the tactics, yes, it is !
Without a good choice , you can't say "i'll play 4-4-2 or 3-4-3 ..."or whatever...
You are simply limitated. But as the community here is very little, it can grow up very fast , thanks to the help (advert!) of the local coaches.

I won't tell you the lie i'll win a lots of matches , just to convince you. Of course i don't play to loose, but we need to built things around the NT to get more effectiveness. And the NT-Coach needs a crew to help him in his work.
May be some of you will propose me to be in "my" crew. Even if i have one or 2 people in mind , this is still a possibility. Because the team is "in construction".
We would need someone for the U21 too.

May be some serious pretender here would ally with me , to couple our abilities , that could be an option too , and a good experience.
IMO it would be a good thing to work with local coaches ;-)

Communiction would be made before each game, and after each game.
Analysis of the game, answers to users, debating on thnigs to do with users.
That's why it's a need , to sollicite coaches to get their help, without this, nothing can be done :)

Now, rather than entering the details, I let you ask some questions, if you have some, i'll be glad to answer it.

in tactics i can't say much..because i don't know the japaneses players,i think the first is know well all the disponibles players,and second make the best tactis for this players..
