Nice game! Congratulation for both of you!;)
2007-04-27 00:49:20
Congratulations!! I forgot to see the match yesterday (:S), but I watched it today without knowing the result. It was balanced and very interesting.

(and it is a good money for thinking in Stadium expansion and such, hehe)

Also the Cup is being very distributed. To which team will it go next season ;)

Congratulation to all. It seems that all the human users have passed to the second round ;)

heh, hey, see you on Japan Cup next year :)
2007-07-12 23:10:53
Oo.

Sorry, what a bad luck, with so many bots as they are... :(

Well, all can happen yet ;)

(Curious: my team will play two consecutive official matches vs two Kashima Anthlers ^^)

you're kind chi :)

i do think this japan cup is past for me.

'bout the two kashimas, you don't know how much i tried to keep this team :(
2007-07-13 11:15:57
play with 9 Defenders and one Attacker;p
2007-07-18 17:45:18
not with 9 defenders, but with 4 well positioned defenders and two defensive wingers (which were not enough to stop chi's left winger).

however, i was lucky in 2 occasions and 3 players made an outstanding match: Zwollo, Natsuka (who in my opinion should be on the National team: has been scoring 35% as DEF) and Motohashi (3 goals).

congratulations chi for the great game - it was decided in details!
2007-07-19 08:51:00
great mzico! congratulation, but how suddnely you can win a so difficult match after lost with a bad bot???!!

Chi? where are you? you are kicking your players?:)
2007-07-19 10:25:24
mzico, congratulations!
chi, what happened?
2007-07-19 16:11:07
well, i think my job was eased because i knew how chi played from before and she never played against the new kashima.

and same happened against that bot. it has been a user team before and had a different tatic than the regular bot tatics - i didn't know that.
2007-07-19 22:04:57
Hum.. please take another look at the players who played the match (they are not -mostly- the same who played versus tricoloco) ;P

I put in game my B team (with some reinforcement for the 3 substitutions, so every player had 90 minutes this week). It was a very risky plan, as I decided finally to give priorirty this season to the training of my juniors, and put the strong team in League, and it didn't work (thoug I did not expect a easy match).

They did it fine (Shiya's kicks look very promising), but not enough (most are quite decent but very green yet), althoug I expected to find a perhaps less solid Kashima (congratulations, good game and next season sure we will meet in J-League). Btw, very clever tactic with the positioning of your forwards (I will remember it for our next match ;p)

I wished the match could have been versus a bot (it would be another round more in Cup), but thoug luck. Now I can focus in training them without the pressure of Cup of having to decide who stays without training -I hope it results and to have a lot of pops these days- :)

Good luck to all, and let's see who wins this season the Cup ;)

Yeah, when I said I knew you played from before I was in fact talking about tactics, not about players. For example: your wingers didn't have all that freedom because there were two defensive midfielders in the defensive wings.

I am sure your A team would probably have won - if you take a look at the game chances, you almost scored in 4 opportunities - with more skilled players the history would have been different.

About being on J-League, I'm not sure about it, there's a bot that seems invincible and there's yet a human team on my group that can bring out surprises. I hope, though, when I reach J-League, I'll have a good enough team to play team A of Hataka, tricoloco, S-Pulse and BANZAI face to face.
