Young footballers appearing in youth school will be as of now in specified age. They will join youth school with already specified age. Juniors trained in school will be getting old with beginning of the new season - exactly like players in squad. Youths' age became lowered and they will appear since 16th year of life. It's possible that information about current age of juniors who are in youth school will be also brought into the game. This change's objective is to eliminate situation when we are waiting with signing contract with junior to new season.

There are new options available:

- You can save up to 5 tactics,
- You can use BBCode in Your Club Newspaper,
- Friendly leagues are sorted in different order (the newest are first now),
- other changes, speeding up the game and databases.

We have finally installed FreeBSD based server. Unfortunately meanwhile old server crashed down, so (even better) there is no return to old Windows-based server at the moment . The bad new is that all videos from last wednesday are lost (but only videos). We will try to get them back in short future.

In next few days it could be some problems with proper working and performance of server until we configure it up. Please, report all noticed bugs on 'Bugs / Ideas (en)' forum (or 'Sokker - błędy' forum for Poland).

We addedd new e-mail for the contact purpose:

admins@sokker.org, You can use it for:

- questions regarding penalties, including game and forum penalties and bans,
- questions about registration (like logging from one computer, one network, etc.),
- reporting suspitious users (you can also use the "Dubious?" option available when viewing player`s transfers)

sokker@sokker.org e-mail should be used only for:

- PLUS questions and problems,
- matters regarging the game itself (like new countries, languages, etc.)

We kindly ask you to write your user name(s) andor ID(s) when writing to us. This helps us to identify and solve the problem more quickly.

Because server was excluded today update will proceed later, about 18:00 and till that time it’s possible to arrange friendly game.
Today matches will be played about 20:00.

Since Thursday (27.01.2005) some changes will be implemented in players` training.

Duration of training players` certain skills:
- will be shorten on low levels (tragic - good)
- will remain comparable on medium levels (solid - very good)
- will be extended on high levels (excellent - divine)

These changes objective is to equalize and making increases of poor skills faster. It will be much easier to create medium-class player with comparable skills than creating a real star. Skills` increasings for poor players will be much faster (they can even last 1-2 weeks).

These changes will relate to individual training (exept stamina training wich is already very effective) as well to (in certain level) general training however, under no circumstances to youths` training wich will still comply with old rules.

We are proud to welcome users to newly added Sokker countries. Today started:

- Austria
- Belgium
- Denmark
- Croatia
- Estonia
- Sweden

We decided also to extend leagues in Finland, Lithuania, Netherlands by 256 teams (32 fourth leagues). This means that 2 top teams from every 4th league will play playoffs for 3th division (excluding polish 4th leagues).

Some country files are uncomplete (club names), and we aren't sure if they will start:

- Romania

So, if you want to help: send your version of Romanian or Dannish words for club names. Take pattern from http://www.sokker.org/New_Zealand_eng.txt (you can fill up club names only).

- Belgium
- Denmark
- Romania
- Sweden

If You would like to see another country in Sokker or add some details to already existing data bases - we ask you to fill out the suitable form (You can find it at: http://www.sokker.org/New_Zealand_eng.txt) and send it at the latest on 15.01.2005 at e-mail address sokker@sokker.org.
Every help would be warmly welcome; data bases will be currently updated.
Countries with not completed data until 15.01.2005 can be added by the beggining of next season at the earliest.
