I disagree with phil's comment. Your team is still weak!

Looks like your team is stepping up in class, your picking up some very decent average team marks now. You could be very hard to face if / when you promote.

I think the dip in quality of the NT has come as the II has dipped compared to other nations. England used to have the strongest II outside of Poland, whereas now it is still ok but many countries with their more users have IIIs arguably stronger. Even the prem isn't that good compared to others, after all in 4 seasons R3 is the best yet in CCC.

I see you couldn't resist calling up the 32yo Hardcastle. I was sure by now there would be someone better than him, just shows that the current crop of England players is far from the best we have had.
