As expected by club management the demotion back to II has been short-lived with an undefeated season impressing supporters. Despite demoting to a strong division II, Chelsea were relatively unbothered in securing autopromotion back into the A-League. Lead by a stingy defence which only conceded seven goals for the season the Blues were always going to be a tough matchup for the existing II.04 sides. The pointy end of the side fired also with 29 and 22 goals respectively for Gmoch and part-time forward Comisetti.
Rumours abound at the bridge with money available for transfers and talk of high profile players on the way out.
