For the next five seasons, the club will focus heavily on developing 17- and 18-year-old talents to generate maximum profit. Sporting success will not be the main priority. All profits will be reinvested into the club, with the ambition of becoming a stable First Division side within five seasons.

- €8,000,000 for a stadium expansion to 36,000 seats under the roof
- Hiring an unearthly head coach and youth coach
- Promotion to the Eredivisie (youth)
- Selling as many academy players as possible
