Subject: New NTDB Database
Just log in sokker before you use the NTDB and keep the window opened.
- Go to www.sokker.org
- Click on the button to login (don't use FireSokker or other extension here)
- You'll be connected to http://online.sokker.org
- Leave this window opened
- Open a new tab or window using the same browser
- Go to the NTDB site
- Go to Staff/Preferences menu
- Write your default update message and save your profile
- Go to Requirements/Update Form menu
- Put your sokker user there, filter it and update your players data
- Enter the players page
- Click on the player name in order to go to the player profile in sokker
- Click the player age in order to go to the mail of first owner
- Click the last update date in order to go to the mail of current owner
If you're using a recent version of FireSokker Extension, you'll see the mail content ant title automatically filled. Just do necessary changes and click send.

didn't work, had to log in via IE to click on players and then just mail the owner the normal way once on player page

isnt working - hasnt been all last season as i had tried to get it working.. when you click the player, the text appears in the web address, not where it should be.. i used still use it though and then copy and paste to the message and the copy n paste from then on.. bit of a pain though :/
unless you have fixed it since to work with the latest firesokker..?

thats firesokker mate i had that last season as well. Downgraded firesokker and hey presto it works now.

Don't know about newer versions. Could you try it and tell us? Probably, sth was missed in the newer versions.

works fine in newest version just installed it and its fine
thats the latest firesokker.. author quit.. that version was put together by someone, contains lots of bugs, etc.. if you want to take it over with rtg im sure that would be appreciated by the community also :)
there are a few errors in various languages that are annoying! (average form =0 in few languages, stadium sold out doesnt have a value in english)
im no longer on the NTDB, so cant check if it works now :P

How can I update players form? I just went to the menu, put my login/pass and it cames up as

No player listed? Is it possible someone else updated them today before you tried it?
Create an account as Main Assistant and send me it by sk@. I can log in Iran DB and check it for you. If you prefer, set a temp password. After I check it, you can set yours again.
I tried it for Brazil, no problem (except the known old problem of 505 timeout error when trying to update many players at once).

When I try to add a player in the NTDB it is just impossible for me. I put his skills in the main page and then the player doesnt appear in the Data Base even if the player met all the requirements. I need urgent help with this please! I'm the administrator of the Honduras DB.

Probably your players were sent to the Awaiting List. You need to accept them before they appear in the Players page.
Check the Requirements page if you want to accept players automatically when met all requirements.

Just done some little corrections to the NTDB. You can update form of ARCHIVED players now. Just choose this option in the position list. Also corrected some error messages in the page.
Also, 4've just tried a complete update for Brazil, no error 505 there. Could someone else try it out?

Sure, when I say "Form" you can understand all public info on the player:
- Transfer status
- NT cards
- Form
- Wage and value
- Injuries
- First and Current club (for use with the sk@ tool)
- Age
Also, just a little tip:
After you run a complete update, some players (RETIRED FROM SOKKER) are marked as ARCHIVED. Only active players are updated here.
Run it again choosing the ARCHIVED position in order to update info on ARCHIVED players too.
Finally, run your update on ARCHIVED position one time more. You'll see a list of RETIRED players. You can now easily locate and delete them manually.
