we had issue like that also. when you update him it says
Keep training this player. He fits our requirements of: _Add New, _Add New

only solution i had to this was to lower the entry requirements. i think theres a bug somewhere where players get in, but not in right entry requirements or something...i dunno actually

in the end i just created a new set of requirements which were 1 pace. and all players get into db since we are small country..

my only suggestion for you is lower criteria maybe? then try sending him again, then see if he appears on one of the lists i suggested, awaiting or assign players.

our problems in this were when we had players who were low on one of the required skills e.g a striker who is brilliant/solid/brilliant. he didnt fit tech requirement

another was defenders who were 2x brilliant, but had crappy tech which was a secondary requirement so he wudnt display or something...

maybe blue can figure out the exact problem.
im guessing its to do with the "_Add New"

NTDB is down. Does anybody know something about this?

blue is the only one who has acess or knowledge of it. his current host gave trouble recently he had said, and was planning on changing.
dont believe hes terribly active on sokker lately either
