Got some "coins", but that was just for oSokker ;-).

i had 2 suggestions.
the sort by value sorts based on the first number. so 2 million and 200,000 are put next to each other.
this is annoying as it puts crappy players in near the top value ones when sorting.
can you fix it so it sorts by value properly.

my second one is a big one. rtg once used to run a site which contained the value/age.. publically available information of all players. so they could be sorted into countries and you could see valuable 20yr olds etc just incase you missed one for U21 or even NT games etc..
it was also linked to the NTDB and showed which were uploaded to NTDB and if info on there was recent enough.
would it be possible to re-create this, and tie it into the NTDB somehow? its a huge amount of data im aware and ofc work in rerunning the script for the 30millino pid's there are also.
i dunno what sort of interface wud be best for it.
i also belieeve there is something like this atm, but im unaware of its whereabouts. a recent former U21 manager for ireland who was polish had links to something kinda similar in terms of value sorting by age

sorting fixed.

The second one needs a huge database and eats a lot of resources.
I would be able to do that. But this would have to be sponosred... So sorry for now.
Maybe when i will have enough money to run my own server ;-).

i had guessed as much. and tying it into the current ntdb is a huge ask also.
infact you would almost be recreating the sokker database in doing this. maybe its easier to just ask greg for access..

Oh the elections come.
Any nations should have an admin in NTDB. Would admins of sokker like to take a part of it? :-)

so, how to update the players age in NTDB?
coz atm i input them one by one :D

Igo, go to the 'requirements' menu. Choose 'update player form'.
Enter you Sokker username and password. Leave age and position blank.
Click 'update'. Then wait.

Ages will be updated automatically, along with value and form etc.

on this basis it might be a good idea to have a script created which auto gives access to new coaches after elections and deletes old one.

How would you authentify new coaches? :-)

Anyway, i wish to have a vacation now :-). So i dont have to send all the passes....

run a script which goes through NT pages and creates a pass for corresponding NT in db based on the username there.
then generates a random pass, and msgs to that person.
would need a dummy account/your account to do that though

afaik you are only one with access to ntdb?
