Basically it's not that hard.
You check when elections are over which countries are here and ask their coaches to confirm their presence.
You rank the teams by ranking points at that time, seed them into groups.
Do a random seeding for teh group stage
Make a fixed listing for the knock out phase (interesting idea: also make the losing tree, it avoids teams who might have to keep weeks available later in the season and you get a full ranking of all participants)
Check the mathes are arrange din time (make some rules on who has to invite by what deadline, probably available in this topic)
Process the results after each Saturday.

They are still accepting registrations

-for now 4 groups,
-classified the first two
-next round is a tie
-beginning in week 4
- the draw on Friday week 2
