Beyond this occurrence in general I would say that in this case the guilt is of who sends the wrong invitation and not of those who accept because who accepts it has no way to verify if the invitation is right.

exactly, I was thinking about the same solution, home team is responsible for sending invitation and setting up cup rule. It worked perfectly in some other cups i've played.

we clearly write this rule in first U27 edition (and others rules), dont know why this rules disappear...

im talking about game austria - ireland that was not arranged

coach of austria went on vacation and coach of ireland claims he sent him invitation
on other hand coach of austria wrote here that he will be not able to arrange tactics so did not manage to arrange before
Tusday but deadline was wensday so i do not know who should win 3:0

thanks on other hand i will not give 3:0 so it will be 0:0 with no points for all time ranking

for future cases home team will be responsible to send invitation by wensday and away team will be responsible to accept it 48h

To judge offsides, normally we use pictures from the moment the ball is played not when it is already halfway through the air :p

is clear,this is not offside,and offsides working well so far
the crossing is already done,the player was in the same position-line with the deffender
and starting move to the ball

offsides penalties complains directly to uefa im responsible only for age rule :)
