Subject: [NT] U27 European Championship - Season 6

As was decided by a poll next edition for the EURO tournament will be held next season as follows

There will be 2 separate flows
flow A 32 teams in which will participate the 16 nations from last edition plus the best teams from the national teams ranking based on the classification after last week matches of current election period . Sunday 07 of February!
flow B rest of the euro teams depending how many teams will subscribe above number 32
Note: After the elections all new national trainers will have one week to confirm the participation of each country they are representing

RULES FOR THE TOURNAMENT
Flow A
32 teams will be divided in 4 POTS and draw will be made
for 8 separate groups
1.Dates: the tournament will be held after world cup starting from week 11
2.Group stage
will have 3 games in group stage week 11,12,13 arranged by normal rules
if game is arranged by cup rules the result in 90m will be counted
3 pts for win 1pt for draw
if a team not arranges one game by his fault 3:0 result will be applied for his opponent
if a team is responsible for 2 games in the group stage his results will be not count even if he plays the last game or first game and he will lose 3:0 in all games
3.Playoffs
the top 2 teams from each group will qualified for the playoff stage the bottom 2 teams also will play in playoffs but for ranking from 17-32
there will be
16 teams in eight finals - week 14, 8 teams in quarterfinals - week 15 , semifinal - week 00 , final week 01
the schema for playoffs will be predefined with initial draw and could be found on the site of the tournament

4.Relegation to flow B
the weakest 4 teams decided by playoffs from place to 17-32 will relegate to flow B
the teams from 25-28 will play payoffs with teams for 5-8 from flow B to stay in flow A for next tournament
Note : final numbers for relegation will be decided after we have the total numbers of teams in flow B!

5.Flow B
will be defined after final subscription

IMPORTANT : all the teams signed for EURO tournament will have fixtures so do not arrange friendlies after week 11 included for next season

tournament is for age of 27 but after age update players of age 28 will be allowed.
if mistake was reported then the opponent will get 3:0 result if both teams have errors in line up
0:0 result will be counted with 0 points

just edited the last ranking date will be last game of current election period . Sunday 07 of February! so we have 2 more games that will affect the ranking

if i counted correctly the 32 spot at the moment is for
41 Moldova 2006.73


if all teams subscribe flow B will be with 15 teams

my mistake we have 16 teams in playoffs that is first round 1/8 then second round i wrote is 1/8 that i wrote is equal to quarterfinals

ON Euro U27 all teams will play playoffs games as last season to define
places from one to 32 this classification will be the next edition ranking for draw

since flow B will be around 16 teams they will have one week off after group stage
but we will define that after the final subscription to the tournament
all elected NT trainers will have 1 week to re sign up

reminders to all trainers that have doubts if they want to play
if you skip this edition even if you are top team
and in the future your nation wants to re-join . This nation has to start from flow B even if is one of the best in sokker .so what i will suggest before refuse make a poll in your nation and decide.
And maybe i repeat my self but if you want to play do not arrange fixtures after world cup

I do not know if in any of the previous competitions participated teams from communities with very small number of users
but as you know the NT with a very small number of users have limited database of players with NT perspective and the limit of u27 restricts dramatically the good choices in relation with those who have more users , with result to losing much more from each strength and competitiveness.
For this reason I would like to make a suggestion. Τhe NT that their communities have fewer than 40-50 users, to use up to 3 or 2 players 28 years old. I think it is not trample to all others, and will help these small communities to take a "breath" and have 2-3 more options and not to deepen the gap
