Romania U27 will play whatever proposals to balance the competition! I think for smaller countries (after 10th or 15th in the overall standings) as indicated can use 2 or 3 U29 players! Good luck!

im waiting replies of 6 NT trainers for participation and 20 (need to check my notes for opinion of protection)
then i will show the results based on them i will announce the second poll if needed

what is for sure now is that u27 limitation will stay i have 22 votes yes and only 5 votes reminning with only 8 votes against

i asked additional question to all based on it we will see if we need protection on if yes will vote what

If I remain with Shqipëria, I'd like to play European Championship.

Unfortunately, the U27 level of a small team like Shqipëria is very low (closer to U21 best national teams).

So, I hope will be accept a bonus for little countries, at least about three over27 players.

Answer from Germany NT and thing so too. Small countries can use 2 or 3 U29 players.

I don't like the idea of privileges for small countries. We also don't ask countries with 1000+ users to play U26 or U25.
Next to that determining a small or big country is very subjective. If you do it by ranking you punish a team that performs well.

Its voted base is u27 when i have all results we will vote for the protection how who etc

I'm sorry, but this is getting so frustratingly complicated. When You eventually figure out what the rules are in your competition, feel free to invite me - or our next manager - to it. Then he/she or I will decide if we want to join.

No offense! I appreciate all efforts to create some extra action in the game, this is just getting silly, imho.

I mean, look at the countries who voted: A: YES to U27, but C: "NO special rules" - take #1 Poland, for instance. A very clear answer: YES to U27 but NO to special rules. This you count as a yes to U27 WITH special rules. Which is, basically, the opposite of what they voted.

Now take Romania. They voted YES to U27, but would like to have special rules for smaller countries. This You count as a YES to U27 even WITHOUT special rules.

And eventually you count 24 X Yes, even though quite clearly eg. Poland and Romania did NOT vote the same.

So, there were more positives than negatives regarding help for smaller countries and now Poland (along with the rest of us get to chose what help they get. You cannot count Polands "Yes, but no handicap" as a Yes and then ask what kind of handicap they prefer.

Is it just me?

Anyway, it's not that important. I'd just like to not answer from now on and then decide if we should join or not when the rules are sorted out eventually.

After the results of POLL 1 that could be found here
Majority of the NT managers decided that we will have base of U27 limitation. So far 36 countries subscribed which
means that we will have 32 teams format with posibility of 4 teams to play in flow B. This will be defined after elections when
new NT managers will confirm subscribtion with final rules.
Our target will be to have main tournamnet of 32 teams. Majority voted that in such tournamnet we need to add protection
to weaker countries. This poll is to determinate that protection.
We will need to determinate how many group of countries will need to protect and how.
Based on the sugestions in first part of the poll protection will be few players above the age limit.
Quantity of the "bonus" players per group will be part of this poll as well.

Note: you can answer with more than 1 criteria.Every answer will give 1pt in poll for criteria you added
and 0 pt for criteria that were not added. At the end we will consider all criterias that have more than 50%
if none of the criterias have more than 50% vote we will use only one with high vote. If we have more than one criteria
Every country will recive points from all criterias based on level decided in question 2. Then we will have final standing that
will detriminated the bonus.


A) National team ranking at the end of elections cycle.

B) Average ranking of the teams in the World Cup Qualifications.

C) Number of teams playing junior leagues in the country.

Note: In those criteria listings countries are splited on 4 levels.

level 3 avarage
level 4 weak

The lists will be updated after the end of the elections.
Border countries may change since we are looking for a big gap between each level. For this you can comment at the end of the poll.

I am going to end up sounding like a jackass, but I'll give it a go :)

I understand what you mean. But it means you count both "yes and yes" and "yes and no" as yes to the first question AND both "no and yes" and "yes and yes" as yes to the second question. So, of course this ends with a yes to both questions.

If you take Poland, they very clearly state that you should leave it as it is. That is a yes to U27 and a NO to special rules. (We agree this far.)

Take Ukraine: Yes to U27 but no to special rules. They even write: "No, I will not support!"
However, they are counted as yes.

Same with Montenegro, Latvia, France and more.

Then there is the confusion... Some people got that before they answered, so You have some countries who voted NO to U27, because they don't want special rules. Belgium, Spain, Croatia. This I read as a yes to U27 IF no special rules, which is what (I guess) Poland, Latvia, France a.s.o. meant as well.

There is no need to make a big deal of it. I'm not trying to change anything here, I'm just saying: why ask?

The way I see it, You have excactly 15 votes for U27 with Special Rules. The rest are either against U27, against special rules, not playing in the tournament - or blanks. So, that's 15 out of 49 answers. It may even be the winner because of the large number of possible combinations of answers, but it certainly is NOT 20 yes to U27 AND 12 yes to Special rules.

But again: your competition, your rules.

Another way to fix it is to add to the new Poll:
Question 1, D: NO criteria
Question 2: D: NO bonus
Question 3: D: NO extra players
Question 4: D: U27 as the rest.

THEN you would have found out if U27 Tournament should be with special rules or not (It would not be fair, though, as (again) answers a,b and c would all be up against D individually :) :) )
