Maybe waiting time for confirmation should be shorter next time. If I get it right, Moldova has three days to reply, but by that time Crna Gora will arrange friendlies.

i hope cherna gora will wait i think moldova is planning to not play the trainer aksed me if its obligatory tournament but did not come back with final answer i can set up draw latter today for saturday or sunday

Sorry, Crna Gora resigs from euro. 4 days after elections is to many time for me. We would like play a matches and we must make a schedule. Maybe next time better is use formula of Mini World Cup?

its up to you sign up is one week im sure that moldova will resign but i have to wait until saturday

Moldovian trainer again red my messages but did not respond so I will an ounce Cerna gora as 32 member for the cup. Hope is not too late for that. Later today will set up draw for Sunday

Im really disappointed from all the coaches that subscribed last year but gave up if say you will play you have to play and transfer your fixtures to the new trainer.
I never said that there will be no flow B flow b could exists with even 4 teams .
So now Cherna Gora gave up as well as a staff member i did not expected that from him especially after so many messages i asked for .
So now we are 31 one teams there are few more teams that did not responded i hope one of them could play other wise there will be a group of 3 ....

Sorry, but I waited 4 days after elections. This is too many time for me. I must think about my NT. Maybe next time, we can give "time-limit" to confirm. Example: max. 48 hours after election results and speak with all interested people via sk-mail before end of elections.

Crna Gora could play in Euro, if coach of Moldova said "no". If coach of Moldova said "yes", Crna Gora has nothing to do (no Euro, no friendly matches). That was unfair for us.

Well, I understand you. But...

You confirmed your participation including this part of the rules - After the elections all new national trainers will have one week to confirm the participation of each country they are representing.

You could have said - I confirmed, but I am willing to wait only 1 more day as I want to be sure to play friendlies. Either you accept me in 1 day or I am out. But you just resigned.

You see the difference? :)
