Horrible bug this one. Coach nacional team dont should ser any skill of my players
And they can have advantage in market if they know if players have extra trainings or not... it's unfair.
But if you have a player in NT you know it indirectly, because you can track their skills. It's obvious. It's very unfair. Either everyone should be able to see the skills or none.

Well that should be the last thing that you need to care ...
Literally no one will buy a player based on those extras .

If you say so ... a player can be worth a million more because of the extras, that's how I see it and that's how I do.
I think you are assuming lots of things, but consider:
- You can only see the players already in the NT (that is 40 players max.). You may think that someone could release a player X to check other player Y, and then again release player Y, for checking player X, That could be easily punished or limited, but I don't think it pays the trouble.
- You can't know for sure the training program the player is following (skill trained per week, head coach and assistants) to know the extra trainings or general training.
- You can't train every position unless you are training pace so the NT wouldn't care of every player in his team. (the "advantage" again reduce over the 40 players you theoretically are following).
- The market follows closely NT players and if a NT coach bid up a player from his team, the market takes notice of it. So, for a coach is actually hard to get a bargain unless the player is pointless.
The slight advantage in the market is (for me) almost nothing if not nothing. There could be a slight advantage in competition if the NT coach play against a team with players in his NT, but that's quite unlikely and again quite minimum.

I will not discuss something so obvious. If they want to leave it like that, that's no problem for me, but I would also like to know if some players have just popped a skill or not, and which of them.

Well...I think you have a bigger advantage over lots of other managers, cause you are always present on the transfer market...
First of all... NT coaches are ''chosen'' by the people of that country.
2nd...They don't become NT coach for the possibility they accidently might know the extra's on a player, so they can buy them for a bargain price, since you have to be coach for years to even have a possibility to know such extra's. And even then...NT players are always ''on radar''
The real bargains are made with very young, non-NT players, not with ''star players''

And if you look at most of my transfers are 1€ transfers, when I did it for friendlies and then I sacked them.
I do what the game allows me and when my job allows it. However, if see skills has no advantages, why are skills not shown for everyone? It's honestly very unfair. The only thing is that the community chooses the manager.
Also at low levels it's a great advantage to know the skills of the opponents. If the rival has 2-3 good players you can cover them easily with the right players.

But you´ve already understood that we don´t see the skills of every player in the sokker-world? Only those players being in the own (!) NT-squad? And there is another problem: In my case I´m only allowed to move german players into it. Not really sure how that works for other NTs...but there is one more problem: My opponents in league/cup don´t play with german players only...that SUCKS...believe me...

Yes, I understand It, I was also a NT coach and I understand how difficult is to work like that. I am simply saying that it is a slight advantage, I am not saying that it is a great advantage, but it is obvious that there is, one way or another.
And if in the end it's left like that for me there is no problem, I simply leave my point of view, the pros and cons. At the end the community chooses the NT coach, and they must trust him.
