Valuable players could mean something different according to their nation.

so, if you don't want people here asking for non-valuable players, you should CLEARLY establish a criteria... which player are valuable or not, and period.

for instance, I am working with a Kenya player database and there I can see which players are on the top percentiles, but when I asked to save some of them, for some was possible and for others wasn't arguing the same worthless value thing... so I don't know which criteria should I use.

I am working with a Kenya
I see Kenya has just 6 users, so I think almost every player can be valuable for Kenya U21
If someone has different opinion and blocks saving prospects for Kenya, just inform on the present forum - I am on your side - I coached for a long time a country with less than 10 users and I have experience and I am sensitive on such cases.

If you want a clear rule - make a proposal and if I like it, I will support! (I promise!)

Kenya has 2 users... 4 of them were banned.

Anyway, I read the Legolas post and I just wanted to know how to determine which one are valuables enough or not.

It's even worse, Kenya has 2 users, the rest are blocked, so I also think that every player has a perspective for Kenya.

My 5 cents about Nigeria U21 and players:
- Focus on players till age 19 or ask Lord Legolas to decide, if the players are worth to be saved. I think he has a lot of experience... I would trust his opinion.

(e.g. If he sees a player in age of 20 with all skills lower than 7, then he knows, that nobody would train such a player...)
