But anyway my point was a bit different .. Even ı see what you meant with buying a player with higher p.m , it is not easy to find or not easy to buy :)
Instead of a financial profit , ı can use this player for 3 seasons and sell it to the same price ( minumum ) . But ı am unsure if this is really worth to use a training slot .

Let me summarize , is it possible to buy players like this and train them for 3-4 seasons to compete ?
Or do ı really need to relegate and focus on $$$ ?

If he is good enough for your league and helps you compete - its always worth it.
Bottoming out and training 17y guys with league training will almost always be more profitable, but thats training simulator not sokker then (have done that way too much myself)

With 2 seasons of def and a season of pm you will earn ~2m anyway with him. Take into account that we maybe will have new training system after 2 seasons and you will be able to train whats necessary for him then.

You need at least 1 million euro profit a season with trainees in my opinion.

If they are very young and very talented, yes, but some trainees need to help your A-team and each year they can help and still increase their value, how low it might be, they are valuable.
If we're talking about trainees who are useless for your A-team, you are correct.

Easy profit in just one season, but not too much profit . I think you can make around 2.5 M maximum. That's good for one season of training.

Sometimes you cant make too much profit because you need to buy a player that can star using immediatly, not waiting 3 season to be competitive. So... Small profit but might work very good for your league

Why is a 22yo 15/16 defender with 11/7/6 secondary BB (4.25m) and a 21yo 15/16 defender with 10/5/4 secondary N (4m)? The only big difference is their stamina..
