My player got injured today but was not substitute, but it shows 7days instead of slightly injury. Should i leave him in advanced training or shouls i put him in formation instead and use another player becaise this wont get training?


You can check his kind of injury! White injury symbol = injured = NO training
Green injury symbol = light injury = training!
If the player has a white injury symbol on wednesday...change him!
If it's green...you can leave it.

QUESTION :
How many games must my substitute player play, before I can placed him on transfer market again? It's annoying!
I had to buy 2 goal keepers, cause my own GK got injury. And the second I bought got injury again! So, now I'm stuck with 3 high class GK and I can't get rid of them. They took all my money, still "stealing" quite nice salary, but most important - my real GK needs to play already!

So, current mechanism work like that:
Algoritm counts:
only non- arcade games
more than 60 minutes played in each one

What affects on player willingness to leave (all factors):
number of minutes played - if higher, higher chance to leave
Fanclub mood - when lower, than higher chance to leave
player form - when lower, higher chance to leave
number of transfers (past and ongoing) - when is high, lover chance to leave

So probably you can find answers according to it.
And please remember - we didnt introduced 4 weeks rule yet, so current mechanism works as always was, just arcade bug is fixed. no other changes in it. "

makes zero sense
it makes it easier to trade for teams that don't care about results and just concentrate on training & trading

I don't understand this need from current owners to punish people/teams that are successful and concentrate on results, ridiculous

4 weeks last season = 4 league games, 25% of the season.
4 weeks now = 8 league games, 31% of the season.

So 3 weeks would be +- okay.

1. You choose training for specific positions instead of 1 skill for everyone (you can still pick 1 skill for everyone if you wish). Take into account that your coach preferably have unearthly skill in all selected skills.

2. You choose up to 10 players who get "advanced" training. Advanced means roughly the same as normal training in the old system (higher skills trains comparably slower apparently). No position restrictions for this (but also cant train 22 players pace anymore)

3. You choose which position training these 10 players will get. They need to play minutes in selected position to gain training.
Differently from previous training system - all minutes played in position X counts for training instead of only from last games formation so you can train player A in mid position and play him as mid on friday but as def on sunday - he will still get training minutes from friday.

4. Efficiency column shows how much of maximum possible training player will get - based on minutes played in that week.

5. Differently from previous system:
stamina, pace, tech, passing can be trained for every position
keeper only to gk. def only to def, pm only to mid, striker only to att position.

6. Formation training - everything is roughly the same as advanced except it is only about 20% as good (100% efficiency in formation training = ~20% of the training from advanced with 100% eff as well) so use it only for older players to prevent decay of skills a bit.
