my problem is that i saw in ntdb only the korean players...how can i change to hong kong players?
i need new user and password?

What should be the level of auxiliary coaches to get good efficiency?

(11+12+14) / 3 = 12.33
12.33 * 5.8823 = 72.52% efficiency
15.00 * 5.8823 = 88.23% efficiency
A difference of almost 16%!

Why 5.8823? Considering 17 skill levels:
100% efficiency / 17 = 5.8823 per level.

Also, in the training report page you can see that with a magical skill, f.e., the main coach can reach 88% of training, so I believe this efficiency calculations works for assistants too. ;))

Its not linear, i run 2x14 close 15'ies and one 15.... when getting brilliant/magical Coaches wage is most important, uneartly is for junior coach... nuff said

Still gonna comment more though... when i Was rookie, i had a 4.5 talent in old system with a lvl 9 Coach.... its far from linear

Your 5.8823 is not correct since tragic, hopeless and (super)divine coaches do not exist.
So it should be 100 / 15 = 6.66666.....

Also, because 1 doesn't exist the formula should be adjusted to skill - 1
That means it's 10 + 11 + 13 = 34 / 3 = 11.33 * 6.66 = 75.4578%
14 * 6.66 = 93.24%

Coach can be overall tragic, but it's harder to generate than 8x unearthly :P I don't have time to generate billion coaches on a test server to get one, but here is hopeless for you, for tragic overall you just need to get more individual tragic skills

No, but it Will also remove the red card like another official match

Your player get red card in your official matches he cant play in your official matches.
Your player get red card in your official he can play nt matches.
Your player get red card in nt matches he can play in your official matches

And I add a "bug" or so, that being happening long time ago.

IF a player get the 3rd yellow card in NT, he "looks visible", not on red, for NT.
Obviusly he will not play next NT Match, but if you go to the NT formation, he dosent show on red.
