Ok I probably should have asked differently first. Does sokker training is linear compared to played minutes? For example: if player who plays 45mins in league only will get exactly half of the training he would get if he played 90mins league?
no.
maybe 30% of possible training in 20 minutes
maybe 60% of possible training from 45 mins.
maybe 100% of possible training from 90 mins.
then you look at If league match.
90 mins is 100% of 85% = 85%
45 mins is 60% of 85% = 51%
Friendly game
90 mins is 100% of 70% = 70%
45 mins is 60% of 70% = 42%
45 mins friendly + 45 mins league game is different because 2 games played
45 min league = 50% of 85% = 42.5%
45 mins friendly = 50% of 70% = 35%
Total = 77.5%
this is my understanding.
-2 full games (180 mins) in same position = 100% training
-2 full games (180 min) in diff position = second match counts towards main training, but general training 100%
-stamina is trained even if player doesnt play
-6 assistants = lost training :(
NT/U21 is 50% of official training.
there are three types of training.
main training (player with correct order is trained in selected in training)
passive training (player with different order is trained in selected in training)
general training (other skill increases here)
My guesses
league/cup game = 85% training
friendly = 70% training

I wonder what's the effect of passive training, it isn't same as the general training? Hoping randoms on my DEFs. :)
Thank you!
Wanted to know if players plays 45/45 in both games, does the proportion of 60% for first 45mins stays, because then it would be possible to get more training for all 10 players together than letting them play 90/0 or 0/90.

No, 2x45min in official games is the same as 1x90min. Roughly speaking, first minutes are added, then the training effect is calculated, not the other way round.

It depends on what you train. For example there is no passive training for outfield players if you train goalkeeper. If you train striker, your MIDs will receive a lot of passive training (40% maybe?). For other trainings it is maybe around 20% of the main training (which would be around double of general training). Exception would be if you train playmaker or passing for DEF, as then MIDs and DEFs will receive the same amount of training.

some interesting stuff on passive training. as far as i remember it was philfox who first highlighted passive training to me.
I noticed it from the screen of my keeper who popped very quickly in defender skill and checked stuff on forums and found that thread. its clear compared to other skill...
phil also had some good numbers for reference.
again it causes more confusion for monitoring skills and talent etc..

sorry that should have been indicated to you.
either way it looks maybe 2x as effective as passive training.. but again maybe order is important etc...
plus most people do not have young players in non-trained positions so chance of skill increase is lower.
other random facts.
outfield players never increase in GK skill
keeper gets general training in GK skill when you are training outfield players.

Can somebody give me an alternative to sokkerviewer please? I just lost all my old data and prefer something not involve java.

I have around 25-26y players on my team, so that's why I asked, I'm training defender for my MIDs and I was hoping to get some pops... in few weeks of training tech I got some.
so i guess for maximal efficiency of training is best to train 9 players
In league 4 training players with order DEF for 90 minutes + 3 players on last DEF position for 30 minutes each
in friendly 5 players with order DEF (including those 3 that played 30 minutes in league match)
so now 7players gets nearly full training ( question is what is more - If (1.) 90 minutes in league or (2.) 30 minutes in league + 90 minutes in friendly) and 2 get significantly less training because they played in friendly only

I don't know what is happening, but I want to watch a match and I have to wait for 300s. I paid plus, so I wonder what is going on here. Also, sometimes I cannot see a match as it cannot be found on the server or something. Anybody else has this problem?
