Subject: [IDEA] Change training system.

2013-01-07 08:10:57
Some of the smaller teams can't afford to have assistant coaches to help improve teams also, previous experience.

Would be nice if other teams could try and poach your coaches, and be forced to pay compensation etc, would make it more realistic...

IMHO a solution would be to allow to specify the training for each player individually. Of course. this will somehow give an advantage to rich teams (that can afford an all out 16 coach), but this could be addressed by raising all out 16 coaches salary, or if you prefer, by capping the number of different skills that could be trained (say, 3 different skills tops).

the currently system isn't so bad...but too slow.

why don't we add a second skill to train? growing half speed from the first one.... can be interesting, no?

and it can be easy to implement.

the training system is very basic. and also unpredictable. you spend a fortune on coaches ,and not one player improves keep them training say on striking. and one goes up in defending lol . its not right. and obviously needs sorting out.

it is called General Training, not unpredictable.

why so? because in order to rise a skill in this game, the players need a certain amount of training points, let's say 100 training points.
to accomplished that, the players needs minutes playing which is then accumulates to become the training points.

the skills of the head coach and his assistants focused on the type and the order of training we choose.
while the rest, spreads to another training.

e.g: we chose STRIKING training for ATT in the training order, it means the main focus of the training is STRIKING training, mainly for the players who plays as an ATT on that weeks but the other players who plays as a MID, DEF and GK also get this training.

those players also get some points of their training fills in into their other skills (stamina, pace, tech, passing, defender, playmaker).

and that's is why your player pop up in DEFENDING skills, the same case which some of my players pop up in their passing skill, stamina skill and their defending skill this Thursday (i'm training pace)

I had a goalkeeper . he was formidable. i didnt have any coaches that was formidable. and the goalkeeper. went up to outstanding. now although i was happy that happened . i could not understand how .
2013-09-05 17:22:57
Lack of understanding doesn't make the system shit, if you know what I mean :p

The skills of the coach doesn't mean you can train players/keepers only to that skill.

The higher the coach's skills, the faster players improve their skills. So also with for example 'weak keeper' keepers can still improve from formidable to outstanding, it will only take a lot longer as when a coach has 'unearthly keeper'.

When for example training pace, with coaches like these you will get a lot more extra skill pops on skills other then pace as you will get with coaches like these.

There is really nothing strange about that :)

How do you know that ...is it in the rules?

yes it is. But a lot more extra skill is very exaggerated :) Untrained skills are very much longer than the selected training/position. That is why I proposed an adjustment between general and individual training.

The quality of both individual and general training responsibility lies mostly with the main coach. The feature that counts most is his individual skills;

More then 50% vote NO. And only 85 votes, that should be info enough about the will to change this.

Besides, DEVs don't read this topic so to up topics is useless. And to up your own topics is kinda strange, if it's worth the discussion it will stay on top :/
2015-06-22 09:20:09
85 is not so bad in this topic :)
in fact, an official survey (facebook official sokker) was clearly in favor of this training change.
so just up on top yep, if the DEvs dont read this (and work on nothing else) i think many "young" users (like u) need to know.

In the future we would like to make changes in training, in accordance with the expectations expressed in surveys. Ultimately, the training has to be more realistic and more interesting, but less dependent on matches played

Those ideas are used to make the app game. And it seems older managers don't like drastic changes, many left after each new implementation.

And it's already known for years the DEVs don't read this topic. Staff copied many interesting ideas to post these on the test server forum to show the DEVs, as they did read that forum. But I don't think that still happens, last time I looked at that forum I didn't see any new ideas. Besides, the DEVs have enough ideas to work on for many years, it's almost impossible to post a new idea which isn't suggested already in 10 years of Sokker.

This idea was officially and clearly plan for sokker not only app game. http://sokker.org/news/action/morenews/page/2

If that's useless i know there is only one people to answer : Charles Hill. (I know, you like to post things for nothing waiting the 5' advertising before viewing a match :p)
I dont care about DEvs, maybe if i had a little chance to be read by a dev that's enough for me, but Devs plan a change for 2 years and "new users" not here since 10y maybe are more interesting than Charles Hill to read this.

Like all the other poll points and ideas that are suggested by managers for Sokker, those are also used for the app game and not Sokker. Not that the poll was of any use, all kind of questions with completely different interests for different managers put in 1 poll made it completely useless. Anyway, write your complaints directly to the DEVs, maybe one of them reads your post(s).

but Devs plan a change for 2 years and "new users" not here since 10y maybe are more interesting than Charles Hill to read this.

And for this last part, I can't answer you when you make a mess of my post, mixing different sentences together. Don't change my words, and if you don't understand my words, ask a French staff to explain it to you in your own language to prevent language mix ups.
