Hello, i want to propose about youth school an idea, as wd know in centre of juniors in real soccer club they can receive childs not from local country but also from other countries and get formations and skills, so why not for our clubs in sokker to receive childs from différents natinalities?

+1
Excellent idea ^^

It were interesting for nations with a poor number of school !!!

What about 17% (1 per 6) juniors from an other nation ( with the same chance that were from France or from Poland or from Al Maghrib etc ...)

Maybe a few would be nice, but not to many as I want Dutch juniors so the Dutch NT benefits most.

And see topics:

but not to many I agree too.

What do you think about this "1 per 6" (17%) ?

In a other side, there will be some dutch juniors created over the world (a lot in Poland for example) too.
and 1/90 * 17/100 = 2/1000 dutch junior more every weeks in all school from sokker ...
it were a grow up for dutch i think: 2/1000 more in the world but 1/6 less in Hollande? No?

Yes thats good not alot junior per wee but 1 to 4 juniors per season in law countries and more in hight level and big country as we see in real football in europe there are alot of juniors from around the world join all centres in europe and the opposit in africa or asia, something like that, also add an option to accept or not that junior..

I was thinking about a 1% or 2% change, so 17% is way too much if you ask me ;)

If I look at real clubs (I know, Sokker isn't real but I need to have some reference), I think 1% for most clubs is realistic, except for first division clubs as they have many more, but most clubs don't play in first division.

It could be fun to sometimes get a foreign junior and for some countries it could mean the difference for NT's, but it should be a special feature I think.

It will be great for NT junior and senior of small countries to have very good players that get formation and training in strong teams and countries

Yeah small countries could have young players trained by other countries managers.... so that NT will have better players

I agree !!!

Yes very good idea !

+1 only if its optional with possibility to control the nation other wise will be bad for small countries

We need good balance for idea to go through. Not big influence on u21 teams, but good enough. And also not to small amount of those youths, like you wait for whole season and yeee i got one :)... not equal for all countries, more youths from less-users countries...

And what is also important, how can you track youths then? how can anyone search and find those for example Irish players which are in Netherlands? Can it still be done via some camps which will distribute and connect those youths to the foreign club and via them you can track what came out from each country... and then also less users countries can have more camps, you sign to a camps wait for youths...

everything above is not actual idea, just some kind of basics how it can be done....
