Subject: U21 Canada (starting 26.9.2022)
@metrotown, my 21s are literally my golden era of players for the team. Don't think I'll be that lucky in the foreseeable future.
I know how it is to train some players for long time. I still have 4 strikers that I trained from around 18 yo and now they are close to retirement
Hello to all ;),
we played the first match at Copa America, We lost to Cuba u20 0:4, Cuba is a different dimension in this game, match rating of 52 compared to our 40 says everything.. now, there is match against Peru u20 in front of us, rating 48 - unfortunately, no any chance for us to bring a surprise again. by far, we are the weakest team in our group, so next time, I will think, if it is better to play these matches (additionally without 21 yo players) or if prefer to play friendlies with complete squad against selected similar teams. some of teams already ignoring this cup
eight 21 yo players are leaving the team today, no more matches for them. some of them (Justice, Fisher, Robitaille) are quite promising, I recommend their owners to contact senior CAN manager, they can be probably immediatelly incorporated to the senior NT

Should I create youth school? The coaches are so expensive!
Not yet, you just started 2 weeks ago. Make some money first. I would wait at least a season
hi, you do not have enough money for youth school.. you need very expensive [15] magical coach, who has additionally very high wages
So how can I make money? I think I will make the stadium bigger and hopefully more ticket sales.
Thanks for your replies.

Ypu can buy 11 players. Not so good but good enough to be trained.
Buy at 17-18 yearls old and sell at 21-23 years old. You will get good profit.
You can share the players you are buying so can get some help if the players are good or not for training.
Dont make the stadium bigger as first investment. Big mistake

I think this is good advice but a bit later for season 2-3
I followed this guide and it helped me a lot:

yes, season 2 or 3 to open junior academy is ok. A top level coach for juniors would cost at least 150k per week.
My advice is keep safe your money in the first weeks.
Dont spend in stadium: SK has an optimal on total stadium income. I mean, if your attendance is close to 100%, increase the ticket values, find an optimal value where if you increase more the ticket's price, people stop going to the stadium. Be careful because attendance depends on some factors:
1. Your supporter's size and mood
2. Opponent supporter's size and Mood
3. league average (or total) supporters size (which means league quality)
After you find your ticket price is at maximum, then you might think on investing in stadium, but only if projection of your club size is to grow. To have in mind, if the opponent's supporters size is 4000 and yours is 1000. Even losing, you will get more supporters and mood will increase. With this said, If you want more people to come to your stadium and have better profitability, go to first division as soon as possible, even if you lose all the matches, your club will grow very fast.
Try to get 10 trainees under 20 years old, BUT dont make them your first 11 always. I mean, use 7 in your first 11 and then use the 3 substitutions to complete 100% to all of them. Remember you have 2 official games per week.
Get 4 experienced players, I would say above 31 years old, right now they are very cheap, you can get 1 GK, 1 DEF, 1 MID and 1 ATT. So you are training but be competitive until you raise some money after you can sell your juniors 2-4 seasons after you started training them.
As example I think you could buy an striker like this one after a couple of weeks. This one should be very cheap, less than 100k I guess
Roland Hamilton, age: 36
club: UKS Sokół Rykoszyn, country: Sverige
value : 1 036 000 k.$
wage: 20 880 k.$
unsatisfactory [2] form
incredible [13] tactical discipline
height: 170 cm, weight: 74.4 kg, BMI: 25.74
bookings:
formidable [11] stamina tragic [0] keeper
formidable [11] pace good [7] defender
outstanding [12] technique adequate [6] playmaker
good [7] passing outstanding [12] striker
The beauty of sokker is to edit tactics, I see you are using a default tactic, but this can be done only on laptop by the moment (There is an external tool from Terrion/raqueto that allows to edit tactics on phone but havent tried yet).
Customizing tactics allows you to explode your strengths.

he was not fired, he is on NT short list.. openly, not really chance for him to play .. we have 3 better players 18 yo and less on his position, but he will be in NT roster for next season anyway..
edit: "sorry, now I see, what you mean. I was on mobile phone before.. he is to weak, I just made a bid on him, because I wanted to see, who will buy him.. but nobody was interested.. I do not have training slot for him, and honestly, he is not worth to train."

I assume your English needs some improvement and you don’t mean what you say.
But let me tell you what lucky boy means:
Lucky Boy
Pedophile. Often used inside prisons and penitentiaries.
Creepy old man Caruthers who lives up the block is definitely a Lucky Boy

I was born and raised in Canada and never heard of lucky boy. It's slang nonetheless on urban dictionary, so good to know and should not to be used.
But I doubt anyone outside an English speaking country would know of this. Unless you or someone you know spent time in prison here. Or know a lot of internet slang, which some people do from my Reddit experiences lol
You're a lucky man/dude should be ok?
