It's election time.

I've been preparing our cast for the next cup. I continue to use the same philosophy of giving priority to players who may be useful in the WC. We qualified in 1st place in WCQ and in the last Cup we lost in the PK in the quarterfinals.

Even if we have a squad below the last generation, I think we can reach big flights in the next WC.

Any questioning is just asking.

I hoped I could complete my cycle in the right way. A pity, I gave my all in those three seasons, I prepared a team, I organized the database (until the next cup) and I kept in touch with several coaches to have everything prepared for the future..

I was very annoyed, I was very motivated for this next World Cup even with the weaker team. No wonder I practically made all qualifiers with the U20 team. Until I coach players for more options I did.

But alright, congratulations to El_Muchacho and good luck in the World Cup. Thank you for opening the doors for me.

Hm.. I can understand you're disappointed. You did a good job with some fine results and it's a challenge for me to do it better. But this is the principle of democratic elections so don't take this personal. Next season there are new elections again...

I do not want to get into this discussion, but please ... it's the minimum letting the coach do all the work and got the team to U21WC to continue, you were wrong to enter in elections in this season because a whole work was thrown in the trash, in the next season you could well enter in elections because there would be a totally different cycle.

You never showed up to give a hand. Appears in the midst of an election in the middle of the World Cup. Obviously I'm very angry, I've prepared this team for two seasons and I have no idea why I missed the election, since I do not know what the negative feedback for this to have occurred before the end of the cycle.

There is no negative feedback.. You did Well.
I only signed in for new elections.. I am not aware of any code where managers 'should' not Sign in for elections..

Sucks for you, not much to do about it now, take the hit and get back up again! You're obviously really good at what you do! Good luck!
