Subject: [NTU21] Tsolias
Hello, this is my candidacy:
______________________________________________________
The following numbers are presenting the situation, for the past 1,5 year, on 2 seasons before the QWC. So it´s about the actual U19 team
(- Only for 4 seasons before, it was U20, because the numbers were taken 2 weeks after the age update, when I was trusted to manage the team of Pilipinas
- Summskill is without stamina)
______________________________________________________
4 seasons before now (week 01 - 2 weeks more training than today):
Active users in Pilipinas training U20 players: 6
Academies: >6
U20 players with sumskill 50-55: 0
U20 players with sumskill 45-49: 3
U20 players with sumskill 40-45: 7
U20 players with sumskill 35-39: 6
U20 players with sumskill 30-35: 3
Statistical average of 20 highest in summskill U19 players: 39.25
2 seasons before now (week 14 - 1 week less training than today):
Active users in Pilipinas training U21 players: 6
Academies: 5
U19 players with sumskill 50-55: 2
U19 players with sumskill 45-49: 2
U19 players with sumskill 40-45: 5
U19 players with sumskill 35-39: 2
U19 players with sumskill 30-35: 10
Statistical average of 20 highest in summskill U19 players: 39.10
Now (week 15):
Active users in Pilipinas training U21 players: 4
Academies: 3
U19 players with sumskill 50-55: 0
U19 players with sumskill 45-49: 6
U19 players with sumskill 40-45: 6
U19 players with sumskill 35-39: 7
U19 players with sumskill 30-35: 6
Statistical average of 20 highest in summskill U19 players: 42.00
______________________________________________________
According to these numbers, despite the shrink of the community in Pilipinas, we have build up a stronger U19 team. This happened thanks to you,
because you sold young players in order to offer them better training conditions,
because you sold players in order to finance your training staff,
because you plan what to train in the next weeks,
because you have fun in managing your teams by playing sokker.
Thank you! This is also for me a big fun :) So, I candidate ounce again; and you know which is my target ;)

Thank you too, Mr "50%-of-PilipinasU21-players-started-in-my-F1RedBull-team" :D
It´s a big pleasure for me to know that you appreciate my job.
How about Lancelot Quinot? Will he be the next star? I can hardly wait about his skills!

Hello everybody,
I´ll write a few words about my candidacy tomorrow - today I have to work and make some real money...
I´ll write about the steps that have been done, about the present situation and about the next steps and targets.
I´ll write a few words about my candidacy tomorrow - today I have to work and make some real money...
I´ll write about the steps that have been done, about the present situation and about the next steps and targets.
I salute the community of Pilipinas
and here are some words I promised you, about my new candidacy.
My target still remains the same: To qualify in the World Cup.
Is it possible? My answer is yes, more than ever. But let us see first some facts:
- The supporting youth schools were 6, now they are 3.
- The active managers were 10, now they are less.
- The average of the summskill of the best 20 players before a world cup qualification is also smaller than in the past 2 times. (see table at the end)
According to these facts we should have no possibility. Nevertheless, there are also some other facts:
- The 2 main supporters of players in the U21, Bulacañeo and Marc, are still here. Marc is still doing his best with his youth school and with his players in defence and playmaking. Bulacañeo put his team targets aside and focuses on giving best possible training to the attacking line players.
- Ceqcfc started supporting the team by goalkeeper training. His devotion produced 2 world class goalkeepers.
- More non-local managers than ever are supporting the team by giving as much as possible training (full training) to their Azkals.
- Finally it is Acelio. He is the supervisor and the spirit of this team. His engagement has multiple effects; One of this: He criticised the way I played defence - now our defence is one of our biggest weapons, this lead our team to the semifinal of the U20-mini world-cup.
Is it all enough to qualify for the worldcup?
I don´t know, I hope it is enough. Nevertheless there are some more things to do:
- There is a new manager in Pilipinas. His name is Alpha and he promoted to League II.02. It seems to me that he wants to help the Azkals. He has a lot of young local players. I think I have to contact him very soon. The same applies to kelvinmarmol12 and the 3 other remaining managers of League II.
- I also have to contact managers of players who stucked with training. Perhaps they will agree to make more effective their training or to sell the stucked player.
Finally, one more thing. I candidate because I still believe of the qualification. It makes fun to me. I wanted to give myself one more try with the Azkals. That´s why I ask you to give me by your vote one more chance. :)

Hello,
once again I candidate for beeing coach of the U21 Azkals :)
Some of you may have some questions, so I´ll do it in a qustions-answer-format.
Question: You made thoughts of moving to another nation. Why?
Sometimes it was frustrating for me (a) viewing talented young players beeing sacked, and (b) having to play with players who had low form (the players with better form had 2-3 skill levels lower in the basic skill etc). That´s why I wanted to move to a bigger nation. It would be Swiss, but their manager decided to continue.
Question: One example of a sacked player?
middle of this season: Age 17,
pace 0 -def 8
tec 6 - pla 6
pas 0 -str 8
In the end of the coming season (in 16 weeks) he could look like
age 18 to 19
pace 9 -def 9
tec 7 - pla 7
pas 2 -str 9
He would be ready for the next qualifiers
and he could also play in the qualifiers again in 3 seasons and look like that:
pace 16 -def 10
tec 8 - pla 8
pas 3 -str 10
Frustrating.... not?
Question: You also pointed out the low form. Is there something to do?
Perhaps you can raise the form of the players by giving them some minutes of league games or let them play with MID instruction. Sometimes it is working with young players, sometimes not.
Question: How is the situation now on the next generations?
Worse than ever. With just 3 good academies, there is more work to do. Managers have to plan in long term and invest on 17y.o. players
Even just giving training to one young player in the age of 17 is a very big step. Remember, a player in the age of 17 needs 50% less time to popup, than a player in the age of 21.
Question: Why is it worse than ever?
Take a look on the table at the end. We have not enough good players... In the next days some players from Pilipinas will be transfer listed. If you can train them, buy them. If you don´t have place to train them, let somebody else buy them.
Question: Will you do something fifferent next season?
I am looking for an assistant. Of course I would prefer somebody from Pilipinas.
I will also write less things on the game reports.
Question: Something more for the community in Pilipinas?
THANK YOU for your support - I´ll try my best and have fun with it :)

Apendix: Table about the summskills of the players in the last seasons
Thanks for running again :) I hope we can find a way to still be a competitive nation even with 3 youth schools!
Hello everybody,
this is my last canddacy for my beloved U21 of Pilipinas.
I will continue to respect the trust you offer to me by giving my best.
Some few words about the past:
When I started, I thought that there are more than 20 academies. I faced a situation with 8 academies and not all of them had perfect conditions (magical trainer). The first thought was to move in a bigger country. Nevertheless I decided to try to maximize the results of the 8 academies. I think we all succeeded in this together.
And now:
- The most important players of the U21 get now full training (full training = 100 TM, for example: 90 min friendly + 25 min official game) in local or in foreign clubs
- Despite the shrink of the community (only 3 domestic active users), the level of the U21 remains in such a level, that I still believe we can achieve the miracle of qualifying in the U21WC - however we will need a big portion of luck for this.
Future planing:
If you want successes with the U21 and the NT, I see only the following way:
- Trust the best players in foreign managers, so that you can give some more training to the players who fill in the rest of the U21/NT squads.
- Give each week full training at the same 3, 4, 5 or 6 players. Focus on them and sell the rest. The remaining players of your squad can be foreign players, older players, or players who will never play in the NT. By this, your trainees will get the maximum.
One example of the optimum for full trained players is 1xU17, 1xU19, 1xU21, 1xU27, 1xU31 - all in equal positions, so they get each week the same training.
- Tell your friends to play the game
- Have fun with it!
Sincerely yours,
Tsolias

It's sad that this will be your last season... But thank you for all the work that you have done with the U21 despite the challenges!
So, I turned off my brain and let my heart decide. My candidacy is now official and I ask you to vote for me here: http://sokker.org/election/pollID/26900
