- "Launching one rocket after another..." -

Mr Tsolias, what about the game?
I would be satisfied with 4 goals and we scored 6. Everybody is healthy and strong. I enjoyed this game.

Are you f%c&ing serious? Everybody expected more than 10 goals and you are stisfied with 6??!
Thank you for being so directly. Today, if you watched the game, our strikers made a lot of distance shots. The tactics were modified to make this happen.
Especially in the last 30 minutes when we changed formation I counted 13 long distance shots in 30 minutes. I was happy for this, because it was my intention. I know that we would score less goals in this game with such modified tactics. I hope that the tactical knowledge and experience I gained from this game will be paid back.

Ok, know I understand. How many distance shots did we made?
Tabian made 11, Agbulos 8 and Perez 4. All of them happened because of the tactics. Only 1 distance shot from Carasig was not planned.

Next week we play U19 versus U19 with Latvija. Any words about this?
I wrote a lot on my last posts. Tamir Lao (18) made today his debut and more players will have the same experience next Friday. One of them will be goalkeeper Chandler Litao (19). He just finished the junior school with a talent of 3.4 and he is excellent (10) in pace, in pass and in goalkeeping. He will be for sure the goalkeeper of the next generation.
He will also be transferlisted very soon, so if you know somebody who trains goalkeeper skill, tell him. If I would train keepers, this would be a reason to feel very lucky.

Litao, Tanghal, Lao or Dimasuay? The actual transferlisted goalkeeper Chandler Litao made some big saves and won the MPV title for this match. The talented 19 years old player won this title on his first official game; he came out of the junior school past week.
If he will bought by someone who trains goalkeeping, then you will see him more often on this list ;)

- "New promising start of the future generation" -

Mr Tsolias, what about the game?
I expected today a defeat. Somehow the main tactic worked perfect for us and our new generation was capable to make a suprise. The suprised me, the suprised some suporters of our team and I think they also suprised Latvia.

What did you liked most of our players?
Let me start with the strikers. Most of our strikers are not ready to play in a high level, but there is a known player, who played this season as midfielder, Omanzie Tanghal. He is a midfielder, but his manager wants to make a striker out of him and I like this idea very much. Have you seen what a goal he scored? Amazing!
By the way, don´t be suprised if you see him again on the next 3 weeks playing as midfielder. He is actually our best midfielder and I want to get some points from the next 3 matches.

What about the midfielders?
Lao is my favorite playmaker and he suprised me positively with his goal. I was also happy with the performance of Lomboy and of Lacandile.

And our defenders?
This is our best line. I think they will be better than the current generation. No wonder, our ex-NT-coach Vampyr, Marc from team F1 RedBull, Kamil-(WOJTAS) and an experienced turkish manager named Panter are the paople who work for it.

And what about the goalkeepers?
One who did not played today is Salonga. The other one came out of the same school, of F.C. Ace, of the team which trains our great striker Agbulos. It is not possible to train both and so, the 19 year old goalkeeper is transfer listed.
If he will start with training only in the keeper skill then he will be for sure the number 1 for the next 2 seasons (32 weeks). This is a very big training-advantage for everybody who will train him.
So, I ask you to tell to managers who train keepers to buy him.

On top of this, height: 197 cm, pace 10, pass 10, goalkeeping 10 and talent 3,4 is the maximum possible output for a junior goalkeeper.

You can read more about him on the announcement about him on the Transfers Juniors (en) .

One more question about players; all three players substituted-in were players from your club. Do you want to say something about it?
Ha! :) Perhaps I should stast with Dimasuay next game; his performance was magnificent, like every Sunday and every Wednesday.
Some of you know, that I give maximum possible training to the players of Pilipinas in my club. By this way they become better and so they deserve to play in the U21-squad. When they get 22 years old I put them on transfer list and this is a very effective way to finance my club.
By the way, the nominations of the squad happen by an algorithm, not me, because I cannot be absolute objective. The algorithm is objective, it´s mathematics!
Also worth noting is: I told you that Azkals (players from Pilipinas) get maximum training in my club. Everybody, who trains an Azkal, is welcome to ask me how he can maximize his training effect. Just write me a skmail or search on the link below.

It's also nice to see how important the remaining youth schools are and I really hope we will have better youth players (and new youth schools!)

Efren Salonga - F.C. Ace

Defenders:
Oro Jacang - F1 RedBull
Aaron Gutierrez - F.C. Ace
Peter June Bugia - F.C. Ace
Rafael Ganaden - F1 RedBull
Edsel Labuguen - Real San Rafael C.F.
Ariel Quiboloy - F1 RedBull

Midfielders:

Ignatius Lacandile - F.C. Ace

Forwards:
Omanzie Tanghal - F.C. Ace

but of course, it's more important to thank the trainers and also you for giving opportunities for them to get better! :D

There are only 2 schools remaining, I see. Shame that bulacaneo is not as active as he used to be some time ago.
I hope that there will be more managers joining sokker community in Pilipinas in the nearest future :)
2016-12-03 12:44:07
@Acelio :
And I hope, that if a new player comes out, like the 16 years old defender Otis Mata, someone writed about them on the forum and informs ;P

@Vampyr :
I am also sad that he participates less.
It´s ok to have the ambition to spend the own time in other interests. Furthermore it´s totally ok and I respect the fact that he informed me before. Please be fair with him! :)

He did a lot in the past and he is still active and training players. You will see some of them in the future; they still receive good training.
Low formed (that´s why he did not played yesterday) striker Boyet Cagasan and 18 years old Hercules del Carmen will be members of the next U21 generation.
2016-12-03 18:30:34
Sure, I do not hold that against him. He's a nice guy, who did a lot for the country in sokker and was always willing to help.
The most important things are taking place right now. I'm glad that there is at least two people active - Acelio and Marc. We cannot put a price on the job they are doing :)

- "Agbulos on fire!" -

Mr Tsolias, what about the game?
I am happy and amazed like a child watching fireworks!
We worked a lot for this game and believe me it feels fantastic to make a win against a team whose fieldplayers have the double value.

You just told "we worked a lot". Why do you choose the word "we"?
Because it´s not only me. There are suporters and they are also working on it. Do you think everything happens by chance? I tell you again: The manager of Agbulos tried a lot of things for some weeks, till he got out how to raise the form of this talented striker.

You prefered to play in the offence with low in form (1) Panaguinto, instead of Tabian (form 15). Why did you prefered Panaguinto?
Mostly because Panaguinto is 1,98m tall. If you read the report of the game, both of our goals started with Panaguinto playing the ball off with his head!

You told before that you can manipulate the form of one player. Panaguinto plays in your own club. What about his form?
It´s difficult to keep all players satisfied. Perez and Tabian are also playing in my club and they have always a high form. I could not find a way to raise his form. IF I had no other options for the U21, I would sell him - sometimes it helps. In his case I decided to count on the other players and to give him the possibility to be maximum trained.

Did you know that Finland was on number 11 of the world ranking?
No, I just realised it today. I also realised that we will get in the 3rd pot (ranks 33-48) tomorrow. According to the number of the real users in Pilipinas and the number of junior schools, we should be on pot 6 (ranks 80-98). Congratulations to everybody who worked for it!

And what about qualification?
It´s still a long way and everything can happen. All of the 4 leading teams can still qualify or miss the qualification. I want to say THANK YOU to everybody who congratulated for the win.
Finally, last time we played draw in Finland before 10 weeks Agbulos was shown a red card in the begin of the match. I complained about the red card by telling: "Finland is a very quiet counry and if you touch somebody he get scared, he falls down and the guy who has touched him receives a red card! Only the people who hear hard rock and gothic music in Finland are so tough like Agbulos!" and I posted a finish song: "Hard Rock Hallelujah", by Lordi (link to the post here).
This time I want also to post a song. It has to do again with Agbulos and it´s a german song. "Feuer frei" (it means: free fire - Literal Translation: 'Fire at will') by Rammstein:
