We need to work with it a bit, but i think, that in new training system it will be best to give full control for users - if you want to train someone as ATT, and you will set it that way, he should get ATT training + training bonus accelerated with minutes he played in that week as ATT too (no matter if he played any other game on different possition).
As example, if player played:
50 minutes as ATT
and 90 as DEF in last game (wednesday)...
You should be still able to set him ATT training - and he will get basic training for ATT + bonus from 50 minutes, no matter which game was first.
So it will be your decision what is better for you, maybe it will be good idea, to switch his training for DEF. but you will have control.

well, we will work with it, but rather later - for sure it's a kind of random element, and we need that part of game too, but i belive we can also improve it a bit, to develop some general rules to follow.

That's the key.
This week another of my friends missed training xD. They don't understand this rule.
He is training GK and put him as substitute on wednesday...and "the Sunday gk" joined to the match because an outfield player got injured...so he missed training even though the keeper played 90min as GK on Sunday.
This discourages them, although I've explained them many times haha.

Raul, another question:
Is something like this also planned?
Change the tactical alignment of a player during a match? For example, I want to change from 5-4-1 to 4-4-2 from the 60th minute on and I change a defender (DEF order) out and I change a striker in (with ATT order).
Is this even possible or is such an implementation connected with a lot of effort as some users complained here in the forum?

theoreticly possible, i'm just not sure if it's is really needed.
i asume, that in most of cases when you want to change your tactic you want to risk more or defend the result.
For now you can switch tactic & make a substitution, and we should work with it.
so, lets asume, that i want to change from 4-4-2 to 4-3-3 and replace one mid with att.
in 90% cases best option will be to use ATT from the bench, and put him as 3rd forward.
So, for that kind of situations, it will be best, to make positions selected for good (for each player on field and the bench).
We can leave exception for injuries, becouse in that kind of event our player will replace someone, its a bit different.
I think that we dont have to many situations, when we want to change player role during the game, if he is playing from the beggining with one tactic.
But as i said, it's possible to work on it.

Raúl, I've been realizing for a long time that the most useful tactic in top level is with 5 def. Maybe effectiveness should be reduced. Almost everyone in Champions or first division is "forced" to play with this tactic, and in real football is very difficult to see it.

Not really...
I've coached a u15 team this year and we were placed in a league much above our level...
We played 4-4-2 but lost our first 2 games with 15-3 and 0-19.
We switched tactics to 5-4-1 and played 3 draws in a row...
Since you enforce your defence, you give away in offence, but have much more chance you don't concede a goal.
If, with this tactic, you're able to score 1 time (luck or not) you often have the upper hand...
But the big difference between sokker and IRL is that in sokker, almost all bigger clubs have 4 or 5 insane defenders, like Van Dijck f.e., but irl there's only a handfull of those...

That's true, maybe the problem is to have a lot of Van Dijck...but how I say, in sokker is very difficult to win something playing with 4 def. You are practically forced to play with 5 def. You can check it in Champions (more than 95% of teams play with 5 def) and it's almost impossible to win with another tactic.

Then again... it might be a challenge to try and "break" that tactic by making a counter tactic pure on that tactic...
Sokker tactics give us the (almost) endless means of creating a custom tactic, so normally, each tactic has it's weaknesses. So you can exploid those to your advantage... or at least try OR mimic the tactic and hope for the best :-p

I think many people have already tried without success. The problem is that with 5 def, ME continue conceding many goals (don't really read it as defensive). That's only my perception.
Maybe we are bad tactical managers xD.

Well... there's a reason why those Champions cup members playing the champions cup... And it's not because they are bad in tactics ;-)
Yes, they are the best tactical users. I mean in order to get a counter tactic for 5 def. Nobody can win without it, at least in the last years.
Anyway this is not real life and I understand all games have their "tricks".
It's not really a complaint, but a curiosity, and we can use too. Sokker's tactics are the best.

There's a reason, even Real Madrid or Barca are having troubles breaking through teams with "park the bus" tactics...
It's called... "You're all standing in our way!!"
Thing is... with a proper tactic, you can prevent them from scoring against you...
So it might be seemingly impossible to beat them, but sure also very hard for them to beat you (IF you have your tactics in order, that is ;-p)

Yes, I will try it. This season will be a break time for me and I will test different tactics but I think it's impossible in sokker to pass 5 van dijck haha. For sure, many top tactical users have tried vainly. You only need to see Champions in last years.
