Interesting fact is that the user "we are not allowed to speak of" is breaking the rules too. You as an admin of that country should have done something about it already.

But i was mod once myself and i know how it works, so no need to explain :-P.

Cool, now I would like to see the same sense of zeal to enforce the sk@ rules 2 and 8 about transfers and fair play but it is maybe too much to ask when it applies to you fellow countryman...

That what is posted on the news page will be implemented from next season according to Raul.
Also if you have problem to deploy a change that takes me 10 minutes to develop. Then then there is some problem there.

I like 4 weeks but It should be completed with a limitation of players in Squad, otherwise we'll continue the same. If you see those teams they sell players in 3-4 weeks with arcade bug. Now, they will do the same without the necessity of playing matches.

Imho the 4 weeks rule is fine, they will have to pay 4 weeks wage + transfer tax. If they are still able to make profit from it, then they are good in the business.

Yes, big traders won't change their way. Buy bunch of players and sell them after few weeks. Maybe a little loss of money (salaries) but it is nothing compared to the gain obtained :-)
