Atchoum & Fernando Mattos - we are reading your ideas and follow discusions, but please be patient a bit.
Your proposals will not disappear from forum, and currently we are quite busy with already announced changes.

@Fernando - your proposal is about continental cups, we finally decided to extend leagues and introduce 2 league matches per week. Untill we will not introduce that part, we cant start our work on other competition, but we hope it will be addressed in the furture.
@Atchoum - what is your point about traiding? arcade bug is fixed, and 4 weekd transfer delay will be introduced with new season. You want to punish users who was using arcade bug? That bug was active in long years, we dont belive that we should punish anyone for such a long neglect from developers side.

Long neglect from developers side is one side of the coin.
The advantage that the cheaters got over other users is another side of the coin.

By not punishing them you are punishing the users that did not cheat.

Not that i expect admins and devs to suddenly gain the power of justice :-). I just hat to make my point again.

But it's also impossible for easy evaluation - how many transfers would be a good number for punishing? how to investigate them? how to track all users witch used that bug? what with users playing normal way, but also using arcade for fun - arcade bug helped them sometimes too... etc. To many issues to fix it now, we need to move forward.

Well.. if you cannot open the club transfer page and you get a HTTP ERROR 500 this starts to be suspicious...

We need to move forward but if the last CC winner keeps winning CC or home league/cup for the next seasons, this will remind us for a long time how some users took an unfair advantage to be where they are now...

If the answers would depend on me:

How many transfers would be a good number for punishing?

How to investigate them?
SQL query(-ies):
For each transfer check previous transfer datetime.
Check number of official matches between the [previous transfer datetime] and [transfer datetime].
If > 0 you got a match

What with users playing normal way, but also using arcade for fun - arcade bug helped them sometimes too
Punish them, cheat is cheat.
But the punishment does not have to be harsh, it actually can be completely fair just equalizing.
For example:
Take the algorithm above and expand it like this:
If > 0 then
if ( $transfer['price'] - $previousTransfer['price'] > 0 ) $punishmentSum += $transfer['price'] - $previousTransfer['price'];

(the line above works only if you check the transfers per user, as there are not many users it would not be a problem)

This way you will just remove what they gained, nothing less nothing more.
It may happen that the heavy traders will get to bankruptcy, which is actually good, because they will have to sell their players and that will equalise them in the league.

Number of games a player needs to play before reselling is in this game, of course, RANDOM.
Here is a player I sold right after buying, no arcades or anything.

Manual reviews are also an option. We don't have to catch everyone, but Panic having the strongest team, nah, we can't have that. Lets talk talk about user experience in a sense of playing the game, not just using the site. Italy has almost 800 users. What is their experience? How much effort do they have to put in to win the league and quality to the CC? Experience of 800 users ruined by a cheater.

Seriously, observing this witch hunt, people obssesed with punishing others, makes me sick. What is wrong with you?

I have sense of fair play. Is that wrong? Maybe, but that's what i am.
I am not forcing you to agree with my opinion.
I mentioned a few times that the cheaters do not affect me at all, no problem in CZ and i wont play CC, so all i am writing is just about fair play, nothing else :-).

On the other hand you are complaining that you lost training because of your fault. While i agree that if there is a bug then it should be solved, but imho it is not there:

So its something wrong with you? You don't need to answer, i have enough of my own problems, no need to feel sorry for anyone else :-).

Edit: Must add that from the view on the CZ politics i can see why you are ok with not punishing cheaters (Babis...).
