I could work up this idea, but I would need the Raul's statement that it is viable option. Otherwise it would be just waste of the time as with many previous ideas.
As i said - i like the idea, but it's not possible right now.
We need 100% focus on general update, second database with different rules simply divide our resources in two, so we can get back to this after we will launch main update.

I think with changes won't be necessary to create a new domain. I believe all proposed changes will equal things a bit. Anyway we'll see...
Furthermore, it could be upsetting for old and new users and with two teams we could end up tired since it would be strange and stressful.
At the end, likely many users will get tired and will decide for one server (probably the new one) and this will die little by little.
In addition, it would require a lot of extra work on the part of devs leaving aside ME, 3D and other improvements. It would require more staff as well and much more (maybe to pay 2 plus...). It would be a mess.
On the other hand, it's true that here there are users who are light years away (through daytrading), but I hope that with the changes this will be solved since we'll be able to have similar players (in theory).

If you make a new domain for new users the old one will slowly die out, and managers who spent years building a team will lose all the results of their work. That doesn't seem like a good idea.
I agree that new managers need to be given the chance to catch up faster, but surely that can be done with less radical ideas like giving them a better starting team and/or higher budget. One problem is that there have been almost no new users for years. So there are no medium strength teams, only old clubs that have become very strong. Hopefully that will change over time when you get in more new users, and the problem will solve itself.
If you do want to make another version of Sokker at some point, I think it would make more sense as a different game based on a mobile app. That could attract a new group of users who want a faster game with quicker success. Better than making Sokker some unhappy compromise between both. Of course that's a big project for the distant future, but you might want to think about it before making radical changes to the existing game or a "reset" with a new domain.

I never followed Inter Football Manager, but it wasn't really advertised here. If you make it easy to join a new game from Sokker (and the other way around) and market it well that should be a different story. Mobile games are much bigger than browser games these days, so there's a lot of potential.

1st question : maybe i did not understand but as i see infos, i can see that 15 players can have training (10 advanced and 5 general). Other players can't ? If we have 2 games per week, we can have 10 advanced players with training and 12 other plyaers with general training, no ?
2nd question : is the % of effectiveness "real' or totally fictive (120% or repartition for head coach not corresponding to Unearthly level we've got right now for our coach's skills ?)
3rd question : we don't see graph evolution of training (talent) anymore ?

The general training settings is redundant. Keep just the advanced training. Everyone should receive basic training even though they are not playing. The presented system is confusing and requires more annoying adjusting from users. Instead the users should not be ovewhelmed and focus solely on adjustments for the advanced training.

I fully agree. Although i know why they did add that, its because a player can play in 2 or more positions during a week. But that can be solved without annoying the user too, here are 3 examples (just for general training):
1. Use the last position (as it is now).
2. Use the position in which the player played the most time. It can happen that he played 90 minutes in two (or more) positions, use the last one in this case.
3. Divide the training proportionally depending on how many minutes he did play between the positions. Its the most complicated, but fairest. And not really that complicated to implement, it is just a simple math.
The "Need more matches" section:

How will the player's position in the match affect? And the percentage of training is random every week or is it constant with same trainers?

i added a lot comments in form but to recap
1) for new user that is not familiar what is general training and advanced training it will be confusing
general training on theory is not needed focus on that page should be advanced trainiing
2) nationality and photos of trainers take to much place we have percentage that is not clear how are affected by their skills
3) share concern that charts are not there but i assume they will be on click or somthing
4) junior and main squad training reports should be separate since they do not follow same logic

just to not have wrong impression overall i like new navigation and boxes :)
another thing i forgot in the poll on main team progress page for me country is important to see in list of columns and general info box its better to be on top than bottom.
and suggestion report list and player details could have summery stats and that calculate with date filter that can be defined bu user for last 10 weeks or something like this..
