another thing i forgot in the poll on main team progress page for me country is important to see in list of columns and general info box its better to be on top than bottom.
and suggestion report list and player details could have summery stats and that calculate with date filter that can be defined bu user for last 10 weeks or something like this..

You know that only the players that play during the week get the general training, right?

I like the extra information that they want to show. I just miss some training history graph :)

The parts about "General Training" and "Need more matches" is just information, not settings.
More than 5 players can receive gt.

I would like it though, that the "General Training" also shows "in line-up", so that the only players in the "Need more matches" sections are the ones who didn't play in the current week and are not in any line-up for the current week.

1st question : maybe i did not understand but as i see infos, i can see that 15 players can have training (10 advanced and 5 general). Other players can't ? If we have 2 games per week, we can have 10 advanced players with training and 12 other plyaers with general training, no ?
General training is for all players playing in any match during the week - so it's excactly right now - no play, no gain.
It's just a way to show you players already used for training, and list ones who didnt play at all.

2nd question : is the % of effectiveness "real' or totally fictive (120% or repartition for head coach not corresponding to Unearthly level we've got right now for our coach's skills ?)
it's a mock up for now - we need some place to give you details about staff efficiency, but we havend decided how it will be presented. So for now it's just a placeholder.

3rd question : we don't see graph evolution of training (talent) anymore ?
Sure there will be graph too - just it's not designed yet - but you can find link for it on the player training page.

Regarding the need more matches part, I'd rather have a warning next to the player than a sub group.

It would be nice if this feature would take into account the planned lineups for the following week.

Like this:

Player Name /Position /Estimated Game Minutes / Real Minutes Played / % Training (Estimated-Real)

John Doe / FWD / 130 minutes / 90 minutes / 100% - 80%

my comments

1. I like it in general, more this century, better coach and players pictures, information seems to point in the right direction.

2. It makes more sense if training effectiveness is in the same place in which we set training for each position (GK, MID, DEF, ATT).

3. General training seems complicated to me, you can add just a section that describes how many more minutes are necessary for general training.

4. It would be nice to have in player´s history whether they miss training or not (injury, not played...)

5. Does BMI disappear?

6. There is not too much information about Junior Training, it seems incomplete by now...

guys, a brief question:

what kind of players receives only general training in your team now? do you think this kind of players would be any different after the changes?
2020-07-10 16:36:51
in my team it is just players with zero value and players on bench in A team. I really see no reason why players who dont play during the week should not receive general training and even lose their skills. General training is nothing in compare to advanced training. Players who receive only general training pretty much stopped their development.

It cannot be abused in any way. I cannot imagine that situation when someone would buy many players who would not play and only receive general training would be profitable for anyone. Yet it brings unnecessary complications for everyone and confuses new users.

Greg can you please explain what is the reasoning behind this decision?

You just answered to yourself already... To prevent the so called 4 weeks trading (new name of the day trading)

But since you stopped buying players with the new reform you will not be impacted.
Just don't forget to renew your team when your players will reach 50 yo...

Everything stays the same for players that receive only gt.
With the current system, they have to play a game with a non-training order.
With the new system, they have to play a game while not being on the "advanced" list.

What I want to know is, will the "advanced training" players receive gt if they don't play in a given week?
If they get, let's say, 60% of maximum training in a certain skill, are they also gonna get 60% of gt in all other skills?
I hope it is possible to understand this :)

not sure if dumb or just trolling, with the new trading rules you cannot sell players who dont play, even after 4 weeks..

so what is the point of punishing users for forgetting to let them play during the weak?

2020-07-10 17:16:05
with the new trading rules you cannot sell players who dont play, even after 4 weeks..

I am not sure this was decided yet. My understanding was that you could still sell players even if they are not playing, like it is now, but with the 4 weeks waiting period.

Regarding the last point, I am sure that till then you will learn how to set up your starting 11 properly in order to not loose training and GT. if you need help, don't be shy to ask, I am here to support you.

If I understood well, will have additional rules apart from 4 weeks, that's to say if we are not massive daytraders we'll be able to sell before 4 weeks.
2020-07-10 17:28:30
ye i understood from Raul statement that they consider that players might want to leave the club if they did not play for a long time.. but I still dont think this could be abused in any way

I have recently started to play many other manager games so I can compare different parts of the game with other managers and this is exactly the thing that would really annoy me as a beginner. Training in some games is so complicated/exhausting to set ..
2020-07-10 18:01:42
That could be the best approach, everyone gets gt. It would simplify things by a lot.

Any good games? :)
(Write it on freestyle if you are in the mood)

But it's just the same rule as now.
You get GT according to minutes played.
Thats a fair rule, it's blocking DT and to wide squads, and it's quite logic - if you dont play you rather cant become better player.

We can simplify general training list - and create one list with all players, and give notes like "still no minutes played" instead of seperate list.
Maybe we should add also short descriptions next to the headline to explain both trainings.
