why then would all the restrictions against trading would be neccesarry when even before all the changes I am limited like that ?

I could sell 2 players bought 5th an 6th of July so I don't see any change on my side.

Yes yes just wanted to point out that nothing changed before to read that the devs manipulated the trading rules like they did with the polls.
it is not random, or the random factor is very minimal .. because the players always wanted to be sold in order to how many games they have played

I did not say they manipulated rules. I say that something is wrong because I have thousands of trades and many of them on the edge of willing to be put on TL and I can say that this is not the usual state

I opened a topic about excessive randoms because it seems that every element of this game has a random element in it. I think it is just bad luck that some crappy random struck you.
Also, don't forget that you messed up the training last week, so the game might be ignoring some matches, who knows how it works.
Btw, I don't know why I asked about the 4 weeks, that is not implemented yet... Hard to keep track :)

Again, about the training updates...
I've also posted it out on the survey about the training, but want to share my thoughts on forum as well...
I've suggested a "colouring view" to easy clear out which players will receive which kind of training:
Grey: No training, partially match (like 45')
Red: No training, no match
Green: Training and match
Blue: only training
Yellow: No training, only full match ('90)
And make it clear how much training will be max. given each week.

It's the same for me. I am in favour of avoiding daytrading as much as possible but I think this is too. If you had several long injuries in a row you couldn't deal other trainees meanwhile because you can't sell them after. In this case are players with more than 4 weeks and several matches. It should be reassigned. Maybe unlock player after 5 weeks in any case(35 days should be enough to avoid daytrading).

It could depend on the number of transfers made in the last 2 months by the club:
1 transfer = 1 week
8 transfers = 8 weeks
So it wouldn't bother a normal user, only real daytraders

I would choose a different coloring, but I like this idea.
I would like the idea of only advandec training (of 10 chosen players) on the training side,
colors could be like this for example:
Green: Player played enough minutes to receive full training
Yellow: Player played some minutes but not enough to receive full training
Red: Players played no minutes and will receive only base training.
Yellow could have a scale of shades depending on how many minutes missing
