Maybe a player calculator which increases the time for a player to be sold again with 1 week for each player above 30

So, now it's 4 weeks, but if you have 31 players, it's 5 weeks and counting when it goes up...

But this should be displayed the same way as you now have a warning within your youth page if you decrease your amount of places available, lower then the amount of players in your school, any adjacent players will be removed.

there was an interesting idea about form training:) - would you sacrify one of your training slots for your best player under his best form?. Thats just an example of one idea about hte form, but globaly i can agree, form 100% random is not a good idea, it should be random in some part, but in other there should be a way to affect it.

Well form has more parameters... and I would not change it, just because people haven't tried out how it works...

(Just think if you were the player, what would help your form or not, and you will find out many parameters.)

For you it may be stupid, for me it's genious. Really, no irony, no exaggeration.

I will just give some examples:
1: I had a player with pace 18. Whenever I trained pace, his form droped.
2: I had a player, whose form raised whenever he had to pass the ball immediately and form droped whenever he had to carry the ball.
3: I had to players, one raised form when he played 2*90 and the other droped in form whenever he played 90 min on Sunday.

Svik, there is no general rule for the form. There are parameters and they are different for every player, because age is also a parameter.

Raul, you write "form 100% random" and people believe it's random. Are you sure it is random?
I ask, because I am sure it is not. It may have a random-factor, but it's not only a random factor.

Maybe a combination for skill + form...

Cause what if your best trainee has a continuous low form, then you need to stop his development for upping his form?

Let's say the player in that training place trains technique... Then he receives only 30% technique and 30% form.
If he then plays a full match, he still receives 70% training + goes up in form.

Also... players who always play shouldn't drop down to tragic form... it's completely unrealistic.

Maybe you could limit biddings to maximum of squad. Some games work in this way.
For example: if you have 38 players you only can bid for two players at the same time. If one offer is overbid, you can bid for another player, but you can't bid for two players at the same time.
The problem with juniors could be easily fixed too: for example if you have 40 players you would need to sell one player before getting out the junior.

Moreover, in this way option to follow players with plus payment would be more useful.

i will tell you tsolias people spend years of investigating form and not sure anyone have cleat idea how it works. Should not be so hard .....
i also believe its not random completely but there is something completely wrong there

In this game you need strikers in form and it does not make sense 3x17 striker to play even worst if the whole team depends on only striker you may have..
in that sense it makes sense to spend slot for that striker to pop form but not if i want to train my 10 trainees i will not sacrifice them ..

in that sense for me is bad i want game to tolerate people that train hard not traders and form helps traders ...

I'm not sure, we didnt talk about form jet with Damian and Greg, as long as we have few more priorities to solve first:)
but I think there is huge chance its random - even if you noticed some corelations, you need to remember, that with so many players and users - it can be only a coincidance.

with new training system there will be a slow drop of skills forplayers that are not playing any game, so it should work too.

I am not sure it will be enough.
By not taking any radical action against wild traders you are sending a very bad message. Basically why should I spend months and years IRL playing the game the fair way by training players before to sell them when I could just hard trade like a maniac and earn an insane amount of money in a much more short time.

There is a philosophy of the game you are promoting by not stopping the wild traders. Worse, by not punishing the arcade bug cheaters as they should have been according to the rules, you just told them they were right to do so.

And now, with the 1 month rule before resell:
* you dont solve the pb at all they keep trading like before.
* you upset the others users because they have to bear the consequences of what you did to try (but just try) to stop the few wild traders polluting sokker.

@ Svik: There are many points of view and of your point of view, I must admitt your are totally right!
And on the other hand if people always do they same things, then they have the same results (bad form) and I feel no mercy. (I am a bad guy! LOL)

I am not against a change of parameters of form, or giving some guidelines to the users (perhaps this would be the best solution), but even if nothing changes, I am ok with it, because for me it's always fun to find out how to keep my strikers in high form.

Sure, there are still players who want to trade - but its more difficult that it was before.

Maybe we need another mechanism to reduce trading even more, but its rather a next condition, than a different one from already implemented. Skills decrease while not playing games is fair rule and logic - one missed game would be no problem, but after few weeks without any games player will reduce his market value.

i agree it helped limit wild trading but it also has huge negative impact on people that do not have time for market.. and negative impact will be even worse with more games per week...
it will not stop rich people from trading but teams with limit ressourses will not be able or will not want to spend money after 3 crads and injures in one game and automatically will lose intention to compate ..

consider what DTox said limit of resell should be some kind variable based on moment you bought player : on how many transfers you did in the last 2 weeks how many injured players and red cards you have at that moment (maybe how important is your next game especial after mid season etc)
