Dtox9 why are you writing this? I thought gay clubs and sex orgies are part of normal daily routine in Germany? ;P

summarizing:
1- 4 week rule:
- Wild traders: affected (they were already buying and then selling after 2-3-4 weeks). They bought 3 or 4 players every week and sold this same week players that they bought 2 or 3 weeks ago. Now they need 4 weeks (or more)
- "normal traders". very affected: With two weeks you can know, in some cases , if a player has talent. Now you have to wait 4 weeks (at least) to sell him again, and put him to play in your matches to can sell them
2- bug arcades:
- wild traders: very very affected. Now, they have to use "real", friendly or official matches, to be able to sell again (not only arcade)
- normal traders: very little affected: they took very little or no advantage of the arcade bug
Therefore, the 4 week rule affects wild traders, but more to normal traders.
Instead, the fixed arcade bug has hit wild traders much more.
In any case, we have to think that with the general update, the weeks will have 3 games per week (4 if you also play the CC).
More opportunities for wild traders to get more players to play and therefore have to wait only 4 weeks to sell again. This is almost what they have been doing for years.
For me, the solution is to change the random algorithm of playing X games on your own team before they can be sold again.
That is to say, the possibility of selling players should be hardened and made difficult, not only according to the sales of the last two weeks, but the algorithm should take into account the purchases and sales of the last 4-8-12 and 16 weeks . In other words, a more elaborate algorithm that "punishes" more those who buy and sell with a monthly and annual frequency much higher than normal.
In this way, when a "normal trader" decides to rejuvenate his 16 players with 31 years old by selling and buying young people of 22, he will not have any problem because in the last 4-8-12-16 weeks his frequency of purchases and sales will have been within of normal limits.
On the other hand, the wild trader will have much more difficulties for his players to want to leave his team because his transfer history in the last 4-8-12 and 16 weeks is well above the usual frequency.

well, you are right, but its important to notice what "normal" traiding is.
4 weeks rule is just a bit more realistic.
Normal traiding for me is - you should be aware, that buying young player without sure talent is a risk. Its normal in real football, you buy a talented player, but he is not performing so good as you suposed, you need to sell him - but you need to wait for transfer window.

Just look at the serie A leader transfer activity and you will see that the 4 weeks rule didn't solve anything.
Worse, you are negatively impacting the other users game experience while at the same time wild traders keep wildtrading as before.
I am just worried than more and more users will leave the game because of that. We don't need fancy design or 3d match when at the same time such basic things are broken, unfair and unbalanced.
The guy in Italy should have already been punished or ban after having exploiting the arcade bug for so long. But no, he is still around, finding some way to play with the rules. He has some confidential information about you, Damian or Greg to be so untouchable ?

Mission impossible :)

Rule of 4 weeks can continue if you want. As you say, it is an objective rule that affects everyone. we will get used to it.
What I say and ask is that the daytrading algorithm be improved in a way that harms the abusive use of the market much more because the usual frequency of transfers is exceeded

+1
if a team starts selling too much, difficulty (time) for selling increase. 3 different time windows as Oliver propose is very nice

Yep, agree - we will work on it for sure, for now its combination of few different factors, not always connected with heavy traiding.

I'm a bit tired about explanation of that particuar point. Arcade bug was in this game for last 10 years, and no one was punished. there is no way to punish for this any users, becouse its simple justice - we should track down all users that used this bug in the past and punish all (its impossible, sorry, no tool to find all players who used that bug in last 10 years), or dont punish anyone and just fix the problem.
We agree, that hard trading is still an issue - but as Oliver Aton said, and I also declared few pages before, there is an option to work with current algoritm to make it more suitable for traiding problem, that should be enough.
We also agree, that better game balance is our ultimate goal, to give users a chance for different strategies to grow (not only acumulationg money)- thats why we are searching for different solutions, as for example new training system (more flexible, easier to use your best talents from your school for example). Its just an example, we will evaluate all possible changes from that perspective.
About 4 weeks rule - there is nothing wrong in it, its just a new rule. You can use to it, im sure you will.

One bad decision and you are stuck with the player for at least month. This is a game, not a real football.
In real football the club management observes a player it wants to buy for weeks or months even and then it has to negotiate with the player and the selling club and the player has to pass the health tests before signing the contract.
In the game you need just one click to buy a player.

That's the point my friend training system. That I am waiting for.I hope to change it as soon as possible
yep, you will stuck. and sell him after 4 weeks, thats not a serious punishment. Long injury of key player is more harmful.
There are lot of online managers with transfer period, no point to argue on that any longer in my opinion. Even if someone doesnt like it, its not a key part of the game, i dont think that any user will quit becouse of that kind of detail, as long as overall game is interesting.

I think this change will be the end for sokker. Lots of teams with stars, with young top players in every position and they will be able to train every of them.
