Could you post it on Bug forum? Its a bit hard to track bugs in this thread.

I stopped going on the transfer market. Everytime I go there and try to buy some player I need I see the same people bidding all the cheap players. So much about your great 4 weeks rule solving all problems with daytrading

30 players ceiling is a must...
Nobody can have a genuin reason to have more then 30 players...
If someone can, he may try to explain that here...

I talk about people who still have 20 or more transfers every month, they dont necessarily have 30+ players.

Most of them does... You must wait 4 weeks to sell. With a ceiling of 30 players, you cannot do 20+ transfers every month, unless selling/buying is the only game you play and you don't care about results or team building at all.
then additional a maximum of 20 transfers each season?

Are there any minimum requirements to see 2D and 3D ?

The devs are the only ones thinking that the new rule solved the wild trading issue when actually it just harmed normal decent players without changing anything about what is fundamentally broken and unbalanced in this game : wild trading.
This is a pity because devs are doing a great job aside of this but how cannot they understand that wild traders are still able to buy everyday to sell one month later like maniacs ?
Are we playing a football management game or a stock market simulation ?

I stop here before to get a warning or receive some threats as it happened before.

if it's reported then will be fixed, we have still lot of urgent work to do, none of us is resting last months.
We just fixed few other bugs, mostly with mobile access, and we will move for other tasks. Some patience please.

Hard to define for now, its not only about your computer specification, its a quite unpredictible combination of computer, drivers, browser - as current 3D viewer is a Beta version, we still working on some optimalization for weaker computers and less cooperativve browsers. Maybe for final vesrion we will be able to give some fixed requirements.

during our last discussion about this we declared that we will also fix current algoritm of played matches, to block extreme traiding, and we will.
We just dont have so many resources to do it now, hopefully we will address it after overview page will be introduced.

Sure, there is lot of things to be fixed, but we need to follow our plan and make steps one after another, otherwise we will stuck in details when we have much more complex changes to do (you mentioned training reform, we cant get there before we will not introduce overview page (as it's the basic page with new design style and will be a foundation for other pages, like new training interface), etc. during that meta level work we sometimes find some extra time for bug fixing, and we are doing it quite fast i think.
