You need to understand that the development of the players in Sokker is not realistic. And injuries impact development.

Furthermore, current injuries are far from realistic. We have a lot of injuries that cost 1/4 of the player's season, it doesn't happen that often in real life. Furthermore, at Sokker, we cannot predict some injuries as in real life.

10-day injuries are equivalent to 1/12 of the season, (1 month of real life), I think it's a good dose of realism, in my opinion and I believe that in the majority of users who have been here for many years it is realism enough.

We have too many injuries at Sokker, all the top 3 players on my team have had considerable injuries this season. One player had 31 days of injury.

well in RL there are injuries that stop the career of players but do we really want that in the game? Me personally definitely no.

maybe suggestion the age to be a factor for length of injury as the older player is an as long injury can be ... i really hate seeing 37 above players that coast no money to play much better than decent young players.
And again not RL just in-game ...
on other hand the season will be shorter and players will age faster so i assume avg age of teams will increase so better no injuries at all :)
Even more if player is trained on slot position in previous week should be protected from injuries shorter injuries for them ....

Injuries happen, but the problem is directly with the training connected. Training=minutes played.
If some players are so often injured, they lose a lot of training. Later when they are older, they lack some of the skills because of those (through injuries) missed trainings.

It is a game , but it would be really helpful to find a way to approach the training a little bit differently.

For veteran players it is just a normal injury. For younger players it is something that stops their development completely

IMHO training should not be completely stopped because of an injury.

we must not think about the training as an aslect that gets excluded by the game general rules.

if a player gets an injury he must sit at home until it gets to the status of light injury.

also it is frustrating but it happens to have injuries that last the whole season in real life or other games..sokker has a max of around 1/4 or 1/3 of the season..

it is frustrating but it is also a factor that we have to learn how to deal with..after all the game gives us the option to apply several different tactics in order to adapt to the squad problems (if we don't have time to set it up because most of us have jobs families etc this is another issue :) )

In my National Tactics page i see now tactics of my team,
and tactics i have create for the National team are gone ...!

We have matches to play today and tommorow (U21 - NT senior)
we must create new tactics? or they will be back?
2021-03-19 11:00:38
Temporary solution:
1. Go to the matches of your NT
2. Click on next match (match orders- Εντολές αγώνα)
3. Click on tactic to "Edit" (Αλλαγή)
and you land on the page with the tactics of your NT

Alternative:
click on https://sokker.org/tactedit/teamID/49/ (this should work only for NT Hellas, because 49 stands for NT Hellas)

I copy a feedback from czech forum:

hi, after x years, out of nostalgia, I started my career on sokker again, and I have to say that after a month, I'm starting to understand why there aren't new users. Sokker is very specific and compared to other managers is very demanding in itself and requires a lot of patience.
But how do you want to keep new users when only team registration approval takes several days? completely incomprehensible.
When a person overcomes the waiting, another blow comes in the form of a completely catastrophic line-up, of which at best there is one player usable for very long-term training and you will not get a single koruna (czech currency) by sale of anyone.
And when one gets along with that and tries to put together the best possible line-up so that he doesn't get destroyed, he finds out that he cannot sell the purchased player in a month at the earliest. What is this nonsense? Does not anyone realize that a rookie who does not have at least a one month exception from this rule has no chance to compete with other teams in the league? it can work if there was ten times more users, so newbies would face newbies, but not that they have opponents in the league with players worth 15M czech koruna (600k eur) or so.
It is good that the developers are trying to attract new people, but if they do nothing with the things I wrote about, then the success rate of keeping the new users in the game will be just few percents.

Exactly !

Approval process is a non sense, you are almost required to send a copy of your ID in order to play.
Starting team is crap, best way to fill the gap with older users is for the newbies to already have good players when they start.
It is also confusing because newbies will think these ugly players are the norm in sokker but not at all !
How many months they will loose training these players for nothing ??

Last point, we can thank our well known wild traders.
Devs missed their target, wild traders keep wild trading as before while decent and new users are unhappy...

I think you misunderstood what i wanted to say.
My point was that when young player gets injured, his development stops completely.

IMO something should be implemented with new training that helps with such a nonsense.

You get a 16y player that has an injury for 30 days, plays one game and then gets injured again.
Happens in a real life to, but in RL injured players work at least in Gym on their strength.

I can understand that in Sokker (as in a real life) it is directly connected to the experience of the player(no games = no experience) , but not with stopping training completely.

@slavista +1 we need an automated approval process
@Damien2a +1

Thx mate
2021-03-19 17:34:30
Yeah that is very annoying, we are asking a team in a game, not a bank loan.

You get a bank loan within an half hour :D
