I don't think it should be limited to younger players either. Take an example like Carles Puyol from IRL - he was several times injured, but worked hard to recover much faster than expected. For instance, one time he was deemed out for 8 weeks, but came back after 5.

That's the point

That's the point. I have had a lot of injuries lately and they are never recovered in time (always delay).

This is an example for how Sokker is badly designed in terms of game psychology. Users should have more positive than negative experiences. There's absolutely no reason why injuries couldn't also be shorter than predicted instead of just longer, and it would be more motivating and less frustrating for managers. Sometimes it's like Sokker is designed for masochists ;)

By the way, another psychological aspect where Sokker is badly designed is the amount of randomness. A well designed game shouldn't be completely predictable, but it also shouldn't be too random so users still feel they can be successful with good work. There needs to be the right balance, but Sokker is too much on the side of randomness particularly in the engine and youth system. Those are things that need to be fixed if the devs want to get more users.

spot on +1

Well said. When devs think about user experience, they only think about the visual design, they don't think about the gameplay. There are many annoying things in the game that very much ruin the experience, mostly caused by random elements. Who wants to constantly check if a player will be fit to play on Wednesday couple weeks from now? How is that fun to someone?

Recently, one of my trainees got a long injury, he was supposed to lose 3 trainings and to have a 6-day injury on Wednesday. He ended up with an 8-day injury...
I can not describe how much I hate that.

My last friendly match...

22 yo gk 30 days
20 yo mid 21 days

My opponent Also got 1 guy injury. 18 yo 21 days.

I get the frecuency on injuries. But how often you see in a real match that 3 guys leave the pitch with 2-3 months injuries? (time converted to Real life)

I like random things in ME because in this way small teams can beat big teams (like IRL).

I was only saying about common delays in all injuries.

Agree but fortunately this will be adjusted according to Devs. We only need to wait :(.

I know, devs are doing a good job, but in the meantime youths are losing 1 or 2 levels due to injuries....

I think that 1 day is subtracted every day from the injury for a 23yo player. If the player is older, less than 1 is subtracted every day, 0.9, for example. So you end up needing more days than it initially shows.

Just my guess :)

I assume yes but not well handles error in script my stop it's execution that's always possibility ..

Similar thing happens while building a stadium. A while ago I started 4 identical constructions, almost all of them finished on a different day.

Devs need to make a new poll. "What are your worst experiences in the game?" So they can know what to fix.

A chain is only as strong as its weakest link :)

there was such topic in beginning for me tpo 3:
- 10 injuries in 7 games all on trainees was worst then i rate
- the poll for coaches lots a money went in nowhere :) especially if you forgot to fire not needed coaches
- m. engine losing my first 7 finals in the cup :) + one world cup final i know is hard to fix or improve ME so that is why is on third place

For me it's a bunch of ME stuff (GK losing a jump duel is at the top), and also players getting injured when I'm not even using them (NT injuries). And more :)
