Are you working in the assistant at the same time?
This could be very useful. A broader view of all skills with training type, miss training and minutes played.



And the link that bluezero is talking about could lead here or better: add drop-down menu in main team progress. All in the same place and link won't be necessary.

I detected a small bug: the "Go to search page" button for coaches is taking us to the Player Search page.
One more bug. Offers we make to coaches do not appear in the corresponding list.
