Hmm... I don't like the ''on holliday'' idea. You can literally check mate a NT manager by blocking 1 or who knows how much players you have of that country... by sending them all ''on holliday''
That will be a hidden ''prevent play to win'' situation...
But it's always the same if a team is disadvantaged due to randomness.
What should I say then... always being the ''victim'' of the ME randomness, causing my players to play far below their abilities and being overclassed by youngsters or mediocre players, far below the abilities of my players...
There's only 1 thing that needs to be adjusted and that is the ME itself...
I agree that there are too much injuries in frequency in comparison to a year ago.
Also, the injuries are, again, in frequency, too high.
If a player suffers an injury, 1 out of 3 has an injury with a length, compared to a broken leg or torn achilles tendon.
It's too high in frequency.
But the injuries itself are not uncommon or irrational. And NT players have a bigger chance to suffer an injury because of his bigger amount of games. But why not give the NT players the same amount of training when playing an NT match as they get for a League game? You can only place 10 players for training with the new training system, so if they played for the NT, there's no need to set them for play for a league match. This way you can lower his injury chances yourself. Off course...if he plays practically ALL matches, that's a set back.
But here there's also another solution for NT managers imo. Give the NT managers the option to choose players only for friendlies or competitive games...
New NT players should always automatically being set for friendlies only. After 1 season they should receive the option to set for A team or Friendly team.
And with U21 players it's even better! You can let them play U21 games only if you like... Then they can train themselves without his coach to worry about where he needs his player to play within the competitive games...cause 99% of U21 players are not good enough for the first team anyways!
It's a win-win for all managers!
And please... give the U21 and NT managers the ability to, at least, see ALL their A team players like we all can with our own team...

That does not make sense teams with money will buy and disable players for small and medium nations. Yes player belongs to last team but building of NT players is effort sometimes to several users even community efforts .
I think rethinking the way the injuries happened and their ratio is the way . Also proper compensation to injuries in NT will make sense .

If that were the case with training, if he could get his general training with NT, I wouldn't even use him in some weeks in my club.
But still there is a problem with damn Saturdays, I still have to check if someone had used my player. Yestereday Bosnia played vs Cuba, my reaction was, "OMG I need to check again after 17:00..." It's a chore.

If ''checking'' is a chore for you, then I pray you never have to coach an NT...
But for the training part... I wasn't talking about general training but complete training!
general training isn't going to help them since they get that for their own team on the same basis!
Fact is... if the player reaches his 100% ceiling...that's it. But this way, the home coaches of the NT players can choose for their own and the players sake, to let them play a 2nd or even a 3th match...

The specific player I am talking about is not part of my training. I just use him once a week so he can get gt and teamwork. The point is, my usage of my player is minimal. NT doubles the risk.
There are a bunch of things you need to do in this game, I hope that the devs wont have the same attitude as you. I don't care if things are worse as an NT, I am pointing out the thing that is ruining my experience, devs can do what they please with that info.

Since we still haven't heard anything definitive, I'm assuming the new league system won't be implemented one season from now? Surely we can't go into a season without knowing what promotion and relegation will look like.
And does that mean the new training system is also definitely postponed again? The two were supposed to be introduced together. Or is there a chance the training system alone will be changed in one season? We were promised we'd be informed in time (at least one season in advance), but that's not happening. It's getting very hard to plan for our teams like this. The devs seem to be forgetting that they're not developing a beta version of a completely new game, but there are actually existing users trying to play this game.

Of course they deserve a vacation, but surely they could coordinate it so that at least one of them is always here and can write a few lines of dev diary once a week. The training and leguage system can be implemented separately so now is up to devs to prioritize. I prefer training first .
Yes, that would be strongly preferable since many of us have built their teams under the assumption of the new training system. If it's postopned again I'll have to sell some players who otherwise wouldn't get ideal training. But I'm afraid the devs will stubbornly stick with their plan of implementing both together, and won't be able to finish it until next season. In this case they should at least let us know now so we can adapt.
Btw games are delayed by 19 minutes again. While some bugs are acceptable with new features, the whole site not running properly for months is not. Could the devs please, please do something to fix that? It's starting to feel like they've given up on existing users and only dream of all the new ones they'll get with their new website.

@raul when the bug with the second tactic is not loading in the default set up will be fixed? at least add notification when you have condition to use it and its not set up ....
ps : seasons over injury on goalie i doubt many teams can support two goalies in a time ...

My assistants make a collective training effectiveness of 87%
My youth coach 88%
My headcoach 16% on all skills except keeper 9%???
He has unearthly on all skills except very good on keeper!
I mean... 16 is the skillnumber of unearthly and 9 the skill number of very good, but training effect...16%?? That must be a bug? no??
