Or they fix the stupid injuries in NT as in arcades to not count as should be in game only playing time matters for training...

I don't want them to remove NT. That was just performance art to draw attention to all the victims of NT injuries :)
i have a magical coach for junior team. Last week my junior was excellent this week hes good. Hes dropped 3 level. i think next week gonna hopeless. Very nice junior system.
@Raul : Could you please confirm if the new training system will be implemented next season ?
I feel your pain
It's why the old system was the best , always accurate and you knew what was happening
Now ? Just pot luck , up and down more than a yoyo lol

Since you have 11 players, I guess you should join the junior league in your country and play junior matches.
According the Rules, if the juniors do play matches, their level estimation for that week becomes more reliable (so the 'jumps' between weeks should not be so steep).

I must admit , I've tried that
And it doesn't work at all , the crazy jumps just kept happening all the time
I'm wondering if it's like trial and error , works for some and not others ???
Since they changed the youth school I haven't enjoyed it at all , tbh it just frustrates the life out of me lol

Since they changed it, unreal youth prodigies were coming out of it on regular basis!
So I guess the frustration of the fluctuations is just something you should ignore and patiently wait until they come out of the school...
Is it fun? No...but waiting is never fun.
But when such a prodigy comes out of your school, the real fun starts!
If they don't come, you need to do some drastic shifting. Quit the youth school, remove 80% of your current youth players and see what happens.
It's like a fishing pont. If there's no biting, you need to make sure the fish come to U. throw in a full pot of fish food and give it some time. They'll come for sure!

I hear you. I'm not extremely lucky either, but still able to make a decent profit out of it. And there are some periods where there's nothing coming out of it, or great prospects which never get a decent skill distribution.
My last magical youth player came out with hopeless pace and tragic technique... go figure!
Yet... when there's nothing decent coming out of your youth squad and you don't have any view on a decent player currently within your youth squad, you must turn the tide with a drastical change. (almost) All players out your school and then you keep the first 20 players for at least 5 weeks and then you evaluade all players and throw out all players who ain't prosperous enough to potentionally make at least break even profit.
I did it 10 seasons ago...
