I agree that the deadlines should be established more accurately, because if not people get nervous seeing so much delay, but we have been 10 years without news and now that they come and save the game, are people going to quit? I would honestly see it as something very silly. Without them sokker would not exist today xD.

I was planning on training all 6 outfield skills next season.... i have been training tech and pace since the news about training change came, and preparing the team now for 3+ seasons.... im eternally screwed by the delay.... right now i put 2 defs on list, they are the least of my concern........ but i have to choose now totally different training paths for some big stars, and even sell my own junior who was going to be one of denmarks best defs....... but there is no way i can fit his pass+pm or more important defender into my training plans....... i also have a Scottish NT def mid i commited to train, but he really cant fit into plans anymore, as im more or less bound to train tech+pace another full season..... -.-

But what is most regretable is.... that in some few seasons from now, i would have a lot of hometrained players, i could say i shaped myself..... now im forced to let several of them go......

Unfortunatelly that is the reality my friend.I remember that Spanish community was at least 1000 users and now you are only 262 users and around 20 users are gonig to quit the game.Do you like that?Of course i would like active users to all countries and not people quit the game

Stop creating such monsters :D. You can train playmaker and passing too... I think it's nice.

You did not understand me right..., i was telling the same as you did. I did not understand other priority as New training system.

But after Raul explained more of it, i think this is the best way, to wait for another season.
Everything has to be good before launching, otherwise lots of People will cry about all bugs and problems...
1 season of delay is not a lot, give them a chance to make it perfect, so we will enjoy more :)

And i dont think People will leave, they are still looking forward to all the nice development that will come. I will for sure!

For me the training would not change. The game will be too easy.

It's their decision, many of us will continue here and when everything is finished I am sure that sokker will grow a lot, and maybe they will return too :P

Real life managers come against unexpected problems too...
If it occurs, the real masters of managing will rise above it, and make the best out of it. Remember this is not a solitary case, but it's for all managers the same.

Indeed, people won't leave the game on the rate you think they will.
People talk a lot before thinking and they also make attempts to bluff their way into making you think they will leave in order for most of us to believe it and go along with the changes anyway. But it won't do any good to the game, so it's the wrong decision to rush things when problems occur.
And as rapelo said... they stayed for 10 years on a braindead game. Now the game woke out of it's coma, but it needs to learn to walk again (new system) before it can think which sports it will do ( changes in gameplay )
And while sokker is revalidating, leaving now would be the most stupid thing to do, when you stayed for the 10 previous years...
It's like asking for eutanasia because you cannot live with cancer, when they are some months away with a cure and you have 99% certainty you will be alive when they bring it out.

You talk about ppl who leave. But what about ppl that are coming back? I don't know I'm Greece but here in Spain there are some old veterans back again

That's right, same in Brazil. I quit the game in october 2018 then I came back in march 2020 when I heard the news about the "new sokker", I'm still here, waiting patiently, always renewing my 'plus' to support the game. The new interface is sooo nice (you just need to get used to it), the new training system will be awesome, new league format with 12 teams and 2 games a week too, pretty good, we just need to wait, till june 2022 everything will be fine I think, this game will become something else :).

What do you mean? What is misaligned?

i dont think is difficult to correct.
