today 5 weeks and still reject TL. Very nice job. i hope after 99 weeks he will still reject.
Well 4 weeks rule harms more new teams than traders ...
disagree...unless the new teams are also high traders...
If you know it is a rule...just cope with it. It's the same for all managers...
But off course...then you need manager skills to find solutions...

A friend started a team few weeks back in started team he had 0 players that worth saving . You made the math with 500k what you can buy and how you can avoid mistakes on market...
Buying time: 16.10.2021
Today: 20.11.2021
34 days...
He still reject TL. Wheres the 4 weeks rule?

He also needs at least 4 matches of playtime, preferably full matches and also with action! So no 0% att and def ratio matches...
Why you always use !
Do you know which player im telling you?
You must calm down always bad reaction from you.

iyi insan olmak lazım, following text is about transfers. Raoul is sokker developer abd he explains the factors about the willingness of a player to be listed fpr a transfer:

I have explanation.
So, current mechanism work like that:
Algoritm counts:
only non- arcade games
more than 60 minutes played in each one
What affects on player willingness to leave (all factors):
number of minutes played - if higher, higher chance to leave
Fanclub mood - when lower, than higher chance to leave
player form - when lower, higher chance to leave
number of transfers (past and ongoing) - when is high, lover chance to leave
So probably you can find answers according to it.
And please remember - we didnt introduced 4 weeks rule yet, so current mechanism works as always was, just arcade bug is fixed. no other changes in it. "

(...) You were right - there was a bug. Algoritm was counting minutes "with the ball", not all minutes played.
It's already fixed, We hope to avoid other cases like that. "
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So, it's not a simple 4 weeks rule. There are more parameters.
:)

Are u sure that nothing to do with trade limits.
I guess u guys forgot how you start the game?
So you need to buy players on market to be a little bit competitive and actually have something worth training.
Single mistake 50k bid and u are staked with no money and no strategy. It's easier to fire him then keep him 4 weeks...
I though game wants to go in direction when newbie teams will start faster.
So if the rule harms those new users why should we want it?

I think users with Les of a season should be excluded from this stupid rule....
I do not remember when last time I checked market I think that makes easier for traders to buy ...

No...cause we do not want to encourage them to daytrading...
I didn't forget my starting period....though I was never daytrading...
What this game needs, and it has been said multiple times, is a good interactive tutorial, where new managers learn the way of the game by doing things and getting rewards for completing goals... Most tutors, mentors plea for NOT trading until the necessary preparations are made.
First, decide which training you want to give, then hire a decent trainer to give the training. hire up to 3 assistants to help your main coach and buy a handfull of very cheap trainees. If you want to be competitive, you must first be able to play break even on 2 week basis.
If you make a ''mistake'' by buying a wrong type of player, you should not exploid the game by re-selling right away. You need to learn from your mistakes or try to avoid them. A good tutorial will help you a long way. But giving managers the freeway to exploid daytrading in their first season won't do them any good. How will they react when they notice in their 2nd season they cannot sell their players anymore, right after they bought them?
@ iyi insan olmak lazım: It was never an intention to upset you. I was just giving the reasons why the player you were talking about wasn't willing to be sold.
Tsolias gave the entire discussion with Raul, which also explained the points I pointed out... But reading English and properly understanding the true meaning behind the words are sometimes more difficult than it seems. In real life discussions, you can ''read'' each others body language too, which often tell an entire different story.
No harm ment to you.
Kind regards :-)

That is the thing which discourages newbies in playing this game. Basically you start with 250k € and you are forced to buy players who nobody wants and try to make something in a shorter/longer period. If you want to sell them in shorter time, you can profit if you are lucky. If you want to train them in longer period of time, you must play this game 2/3 seasons (one year RL). Honestly, how many players want to play that long to become competitive?
Many managers earn like 400-500k € for one game and you start with 250k and awful players, small fan base and stadium.
You have weak trainers, so even if you buy a player (for example a big bargain for 50k), you can not get maximum of their talent.
It is normal and okay that the older managers have much more money, fans and other.. However, this problem needs to be fixed otherwise this game will be condemned to small number of older players.
You can restrict old players from buying/selling (for example one or two players in one week, except the first two weeks in the season).
This will also prevent buying players for 1€ for one week and sacking them before payday.
As it looks now, this game is more like a stock exchange than football manager game. Probably the developers want it to be like that otherwise they would made changes long time ago.

So as a solution like @sviktorov suggest : open high trading for newbies. Welcome to sokker.
