Corner tactics for life s2. Let's make an U21 WC with these tactics, maybe Brasil finally can win. Sorry, I'm done spamming

You know...in the wrong context, they lock u up for this sh**! :-p

Young players system start to tire me, I have been investing heavily in the youth school for years and the combination of skills sucks. This discourages and a lot
You have at least 25 000 000 $ income devied by 15 season (money from ex-junior fees + deleted players are not included).
What do you need to be happy? 5 x excellent 17yo MID every season? :)

That stat is not super accurate one thing is pop up and sell or invest 10 seasons to build player and sell it . I think 2-3 good players per season counts as good season . Some teams do not have time for market so they relay on youth players only and having trainee with bad distribution is a hit.. that's what we can't wait for new training system so we can adjust them better ...
The age is not the problem, can be good or poor players but almost with a profile position and anything other than players with inconsistent profiles

What do you mean by saying "2-3 good players"? Youth school costs +/- 875 000 $. To cover YS expenses yuo need only ONE AVERAGE junior. Everything above that ia a pure profit.
Exactly, can be players with regular performance but who are trainable, recoverable. That there is some coherence in the distribution of their skills
the rules don't say anywhere how to invest to improve the academy, the higher level youth coach the greater his impact on training and the greater his accuracy in determining the ability of a player, but the initial ability remains unknown its origin.
My youth coach is level 15, this is a bad level? the limit is level 16...

Accordingly to the "dev diaries", they will change the YS sooner or later.
In my opinion, coach lvl 15 is enough.

I dont understand your problem...
I looked at your history and avarage you have around 1.25 million euro income a season ( around 25 million euro in around 20 seasons). As said earlier the average costs in a season are way lower.
Of course the skill distribution is not always good, as all things in life you need a challenge.
Same for not knowing the exact skill he has in youth.
People will leave the game after getting/knowing everything in a second.
Of course they will like it in the beginning, but the will not stay on long term.
This game is for long term thinking, the People who complain here a lot are mostly People that dont like long term thinking, the same People that only look at the car in front of them when driving a car. They are also complaining it is not their fault in an accident ;)
Please look at the total picture, but I think the whole world wants to look at today only nowadays.
Looking at nature says enough, still they think there is no problem lol.
I know 99% of the managers will not read the whole post, but I tried ;)

well, thanks for description XD
The point is the inconsistent profiles, I have a Youth school not for sale, I like to train youth from my school for my national team and but it has been impossible for me.
So i don't think i'm just looking at the short term

umish0 is a good example of Y.S non profit
umish0 stats showing a total income of 25 M€ since the last transfer 2015-08-01. Total income by season : around 1 250 000€
What's a median cost ? Let's say 1 magical trainee (35k€ by w) + around 20 young players wages (20k€ by w). Total cost : 885 000 € by season.
Total gain : +365 000€ by season. Just one game league ticket income, or two.
And there is an huge bias for incomes : The (transfer) price is not the price when a young player leaves the school. Young players that sell high are also often those who have been trained in his own club team, for many seasons. We should add this cost of training (wages at least)...
In the end the total gain is not +365 000€ by season, but certainly negative.
We also can notice that transfer income comes from a very few juniors. That's true for umish0, but for most of us. That's mean if you dont touch RARE and valuable young player you can't make any profit. Luck (for skill distribution and talent) is concentrated in very few cases. This means that it takes a lot of luck to be profitable.

Ok, now you talk about an interesting argument :)
In your case it looks not possible to train youngsters in U21.
But I think you must be very lucky to get a U21 player you can train.
In your country there are 112 managers ( let say around 2/3 has a youth school) with around 5 youth pulls a season I think.
So only around 20 of the ( 5x 70 managers=) 350 youths players can play in U21 each season.
But must say you were a bit unlucky,
Do you screen the youth school every week?
Some cleaning of bad players can help I discovered.
