But I want to expressly state many times as they deserve. And I will take every opportunity to kindly ask about what they say they will do. In this case, they sad something about presente, in the following weeks, some news. So..

It's best to hope that both new leagues and new training will come at the start of season 62. I don't know how do they plan to implement them separately.

I hope they do also.
Separate would not be a good decision, than they can better wait with both.

Development Diaries – every next Friday you can expect another work summary. Some news about this?? Although no dev has answered for months, I think it's silly to ask xD

I don't mind if they announce that new leagues and training will come in season 62 or even in 65, there can always be some good reason to be late with development.

But not giving any information is worst thing they can do in this moment.


Just posting something like this would be enough, don't need to be long post:
"Sorry we are late, but we still think that we will be able to implement new changes for season 62"
or
"We are on track with changes, details for season 61 will be posted in few weeks"

I gave up on expecting anything. I now play without thinking about changes.

We cant planning next season because we dont know new training system will come or ...

My planning takes into account both situations. We Brazilians have the advantage" of living in a country that teaches us to live with adversity... Hahaha!
