You and Svik are both 100% right to mention the communication is terrible. It's non-excisting for the moment.
Then the way this dev diary came to light is completely wrong. Exclusive for Polish forum... The Linguists were shut out and that is a big mistake.
The fact they didn't mention NT, we all know for ages it's a much less priority for them and the changes are not influencing the NT / U21 matches.
However...I feel the U21 AND friendly / cup matches on the same day would be wrong!
But the core message...the changes they are going to make...that is not something we cannot overcome at this moment.
Thing is...you cannot buy extra trainees now, since you still cannot train extra players because there's only 1 league match in a week.
Is it an unexpected change? Yes. Is it a bad change? no. Is it a priority? No. Should they made a different decision, like postponing the league update until the training can be updated together? Probably yes. But it's all irrelevant. We can want things but we're no sokker developpers. I can number 50 things I would change in fifa games, but it's never going to happen.

So leagues change next season, but after reading the translation i feel confused about how the adjustment, promotion/relegation will work, could somebody clarify a little? right now in Chile (and other countries) we have 1 national championship and 4 second division leagues, if there will be play off for relegation, who play those play off? all second division will be promoted automaticvally? they play play off like currently? if so how the other 4 teams will be promoted to make for 12 teams in the first division? will there be less divisions? 2 second division instead our 4 current ones?

Another thing came to mind: last order.
If a player played in two different positions during the week, the last match counts.
Better play the second weekly league match with no bench, you don't want your MID trainee to end up playing as DEF.
We know when league matches and cup/friendly are gonna be played, but witch day is the training day? NT/U21 match days? Can a different order from an NT match screw up my training if they are played after league? It all has to happen on Saturday (training, NT and U21).

I read the polish forum. Many people asked about the injuries. Raul avoided to answer these questions and only responded to questions about the new league system. This is the only reaction to problem of injuries by sokker staff I found.
Question: I would more like to ask: will the probability of an injury flow in proportion to the increase in the number of matches? Because it could be a massacre.
Admin answer: no, you have to have a wider squad, because there will be the same number of injuries, but they will play 2x more matches
