Guys, gramatically i understood the rules of the transition rules that will be aplied between this season and the next one.

But i didnt understand them semanticly. Can someone clarify it?

complete makeover of leagues
new leagues = 12 teams, 22 games in a season
end of season: 1st = guaranteed promotion to higher league, 2nd = qualifier game for promotion, 7-9 = qualifier for relegation, 10-12 = guaranteed relegation to lower league
two league games every week, 1 friendly, 1 NT, 1 u21 etc.
training takes place after 2 league games and friendly game
= due to that you can train more players (ex. 33 in pace instead of 22, 15 in playmaker instead of 10, 9 in striker instead of 6)

If i understand well, we could train more players per week, fine, but what about quantity of weeks?. 

Hypothetically, if in a 15 weeks season (If I'm not wrong are actually 16) an 18 year old player could "jump" in Pace 4 times (levels), let's say, with the new 12 weeks season HE WILL ONLY GROW (jump) 3 TIMES (levels)!!!!!
What have we accomplished?

Compensation for that is the posibility to train one more set of players. So instead of training 10(def,pas,pm,tec) you can train 15 players. "Speed" - it would be 33 players to train!!!!

Nice change and even more posibility for newer managers to close a gap a little bit more to the older ones, even if it is just for a season.
At least the next season is not so straightforward, and will reward planning and strategising on the market.

So, next season we can train 33 players for pace, and 15 players for a position.
That means that now the prices for player will increase, right?
After 1 season, the training system will change? How? We don't know yet, but if the number of trained players will decrease, we all have to sell some players, which means that the prices will decrease.

yes, maybe it will be chaos, because everyone will want to buy training players for next season and at the end of it, they will all want to sell them to reduce their number to 10 ... and maybe not, who knows

Honestly I hope that someone knows.. And if they don't, maybe they'll think now about all the impact on the transfer market :)
And if next season we all can train more player, just to sell them the season after, everything will be in vain. :)
