Remove training from NT / U21 and make NT / U21 arcade-like matches, solely for it's own purpose...where injuries from league do not count for NT and vice versa.
As for skills viewable for NT / U21 coaches...
Give all coaches the option to show their players skills to NT / U21 coach and in turn, make the wages refundable for all matches they are selected within the line-up or bench spots.
Another solution, if these things are not up for debate this season...
NT / U21 matches on fridays, friendly / cup matches on saturdays

Injuries in the new training system:
1- Every injury will last 1 or 2 weeks;
2- Every injured player will get 75% of training if he is in a training slot;
3- Injuries in NT/U21 matches will be like in current junior's leagues.

Agree with the ideas of either - NT/U21 games treated like arcade - they dont give any training but in turn injuries doesnt count. And/or injured players get most of the training. That would eradicate corner tactics and tbh would be an ideal solution to the problem of being afraid to put a trainee on a field.
Yeah, a game is suppose to be fun. Injuries must be part of the game, but should be a thing that makes managers put some different cards on the table in one, two, maybe three weeks, but not mess with player's training. That's my opinion, I'm being annoying talking about that (maybe about other things too) because at the moment I have 4 pretty good trainees injured (playing 1 official game/week), never happened before and It hurts so bad :p.
Also - as I understand, the week is expected to be scheduled like this next season:
Friday - friendly/cup game
Sunday - league game
Wednesday - league game
Thursday - training
So if you want to train players from your main team in off position (defs/atts in mid for example) - you wont be able to do so anymore because of friendly being before league games. Another argument for moving traning to saturday.

Thing is...friendly will only be a good solution to play young players (-21) and let them train in (near) full capacity, since they won't suffice for league matches...
But because we will have at least 2 official matches each week, we will be kinda forced to use substitutions more often, as we do now.
And therefor I sincerely hope they will ad subs and bench places to the squad! Cause it's going to be really important to keep up the pace of the week and to reduce the chances of injuries and / or training loss...

What about moving training two days, so it will be right after friendly matches?
As it is today…

And NT trainers will not sleep to arrange the game based on form for next morning .,
But unfortunately your proposal is only good solution for not fucked up training so I'm for it

To be honest, NT coaches are only a small portion of all managers. I fully understand they don't have any priority.
Pandula, certainly in some countries the national teams are of no interest except to the national team manager, but certainly in many other countries the national teams are the heart of the game.
NTs are the heart of the game., because users want a collective success and their main focus is to train players for their national team,
or because the people involved with the national team make sure to guide new users through the game, but also share their knowledge with older users.

I think You are wrong, very wrong. I think that interest in NT is small and for example in Poland in this half of season it is non-existent.
You speak about Poland and I do believe you that the situation in Poland is as you describe, but make a visit on the Turkish forum and observe the way the people speak to their NT coach.
They speak with big respect to him because they know, that he spends his time for a collective achievement and in collective achievements people have more fun, than in individual achievements - it's like sex! ;P

Users are proud when they train players for National teams. They even change their training programs especially to train u21 players. If there were no international matches. No one would write to the Turkish Forum page.
