Polska haven't won anything lately.
Only lucasssd had some international success in last 10 seasons or so.

Of course small or mid nations matter in this game.

i just want to show that we were waiting for the sokker to come back with keep refreshing the page :) to show our anxiety about the game :) we really love this game and i believe that after the upcoming changes Sokker will not die...

.. and they didn't postpone NT matches nor transfers while sokker was down.

Hi, does anybody know if the reform also affect coaches directly or not. Let's take the example that training reform should take place within the start of 62nd sokker season. 10 players are trainable, let's say i will train all 10 players on diff positions, ex: DEF, MID, ATT GK etc.. Does that mean that we still keep the same format 1 head coach + 3 assistants? Meaning that Head coach still has to have the best skill in the training skill? Meaning Unearthy ATT,DEF,MID, GK that my players will get max training? Or will there be changes too?

As far as I know there’s no reform for coaches. Like all announced "reforms", it is built on top of the existing system, thats mean : yes, for training up to 4 skills a week we need a head coach with max level in all this skills.

I recall they would change something about the coaches but didn't know exactly how they were going to make it happen. So...there are plans for a reform but they are not worked out yet

Yes, but that comes with the junior school change, it was said something about the school having levels, and depending on those levels you can hire better coaches.

It's still all vague on how thing will evolve, regarding coaches.
I hope they switch the assistants for full fledged coaches and for each order spot 1 separate coach.
The assistants as we know them now, are a mystery on what their influence is on the training.
Everybody pays the best possible assistants, just to be sure they give the best possible training, but in %...how much are we talking about?
You pay easily +100k for 3 brilliant / magical assistants each week and what do they do? Give your training an extra 5% boost? 10% 25%... who knows...
