Yeah, that's it. I was trying to say that every good or exceptional player has at least a good passing and playmaking skills. Players like Messi (picture him in sokker :p), with great 'passing', 'playmaker', 'striker', 'pace' and 'technique' skills could be trained playing as MID or ATT his whole career and not in a "hybrid way".

One question for new training
I know that training pm and pass with def orders is slower. Will that be the case with new training

There are two weeks left for these big changes, calendar and league system, and there are still many doubts and there are no clear pronouncements.
I am sure that many of us have already begun to make changes to adapt to 13 weeks and 3 games per week.
Is it certain that the calendar change will take place in 2 weeks?
This smells like a delay to me again, I hope I'm wrong.

So what? A delay is something we are familiar with.
Also, We (the community) have no control over the reforms that are going on. The devs have chosen their plan, without trying to work and move forward with its community.
This is the main failure in my opinion, few games have achieved great things by working with its community of players. But anyway ....
We just have to wait. They just have to work on their game.

A large part of the community is thrilled with the changes! Don't push this on the discontent of 2% of the users...

I dont care if im in 2% or 98%, there are facts vs noises.
fact 1 - Many users complain about the consequences of the upcoming reform. It could be the bad part of the community, maybe 2% , but for sure we can't read 98% of happy user comments who can't wait to get to 13 weeks.
fact 2- Week 13, calendar is a dev's choice. Base on consultation of the community who had no choice but to accept a reduction of the season. Whatever the consequences on many aspects of the game. Basically, i didn't say it's a good or bad choice, i say that it is not a choice approved or requested by the community, neither of 2% nor of 50% nor of 98%.
Should I could continue on other planned things ....
- No one ask for the next training system. I couldn't find any topic that goes into this dev's direction. Again, i don't say its a good or bad system, I'm just saying that nothing was discussed.
- Youth school...I can find several topics where the community finds the junior school system too lazy, random and unmanageable and make few proposals. None of this proposals are part of the next Y.S dev's reform ...

The first move of this Sokker Development forum was to ask community support to improve sokker. We did it. With enthusiasm. Now 98% of the comments in this forum are noise on the main topic: Dev. Diary. Precisely YOU and I are part of the 98% that are making noises.

if the Devs keep their promise with 3 matches (for training) in full next season, starting with the first week, there must be a match on friday after the change, probably not national cup but friendly. And for a friendly you need time in advance to set up the match. That will be the first opportunity to f... it up. But hopefully I'm too pessimistic here.

So, a couple of new juniors showed up today. One of these is an 18 year old dude with 34 (!) weeks left.
Now, I know the devs have big plans for renewal of the junior system, which I'm all for. I also know more important renewals have to take place first, which I accept. But since we have no real idea of the development road map and it's timeline, renewal of the junior system could be far down the line. And, in the face of the reduced calendar length, I feel like changing a few simple parameters of the present junior distribution process shouldn't be much of a complex task.
I mean, would anyone right now want to keep an 18 year old with 34 weeks left?

No one who is aware keeps juniors who are going to come out at more than 19 years old. And even more when we go to 13 weeks.
Thrilled about the changes when starting announcements were made. Severely disappointed with the way things are going - mostly on the communication side from the devs in international forums. Last league games are tomorrow and we still don't have precise information about what and when is going to happen. And whether they will address any of the complaints - mainly about injuries, that will come with more games.
agree with @juytt 13 weeks season was forced upon us no mater what polls they fabricated poll that we did shows it .... its a misatke unfortunatly there is no comming back and im bit sacred for next season :(
im for leguage reform for 10 teams but not for hundred official games per week :(
and only thing i cant wait is the changes in training if they postponed it one more time then lots of team will land with fucked up players in skills distributions

So.. devs, could you please bring up a detalled calendar so we can be aware of what is going on/what is going to happen and when it is going to happen so we can be fully aware?
