I think they tried to move db today without message the message for next weekend is different story
Usally db migration is easy task that's why they did not announced it but I assume they faced unexpected problem and that's is all about now

I'm bit sorry for devs who the hell is doing such things during weekend :) Monday is the day for such tasks but I assume sokker is not their primary job else i do not get it ...

iirc the message said something about DB stuff, not the server itself.
We do not have much users here, so DB should not really affect the loading times.
Neither the server itself should have had problems.
I would bet on some background job. IIRC, the matches are generated on a separate server, so that should not be it either.

But the site runs ok now.
